OK, but be aware that you have a claim form and so do two others, and you must stick to the deadlines to avoid default judgments in the meantime.  Are you clear about the defence deadline and are the other 2 reading this forum to see how to do the AOS and to work out their own defence deadlines?

I have made the complaint for you (all) to the IPC.

Yes I'm aware that I still need to go by these deadlines and enter my defence. The other 2 understand the importance of not ignoring the claim form but as far as I'm aware have not used this forum and may have already entered a defence. I directed them to here once I had started reading up ect.

In terms of my defence, is what I wrote in the original post ok to use with the template? I still have a good amount of time before this needs entering. Do I enter anything about the other pcns or is that not relevant to my own individual defence?

Sat on here at 3am as I have a new baby likes to keep me up!

Is the claim only for 1 PCN, a few PCNs or all of them? If all the PCNs were from the same time period (e.g. May 2020) and for the same location then they should be raising the claim for all of them and not just piecemeal. (I'm sure someone will be able to give you suitable wording).

The flipside of this is ... if they don't consolidate all of them in the same claim, and you win, then you'd have ammunition to get future claims for the other PCNs struck out as having no reasonable chance of success. :)

The claim is for all 5 PCNs. They all occurred within a 2 week period. Although they sent automated letters for each one individually and added on the "admin fee" to each one. So £300 in admin fees alone!

Thanks. I must have misinterpreted what you meant when you said:

I guess you were referring to the PCNs of your colleagues rather than additional PCNs of your own?

Yes, in my team 6 colleagues got PCNs. 19 PCNs between us and 1 colleague hasn't let me know how many she got.

I got PCN for every shift I parked there over the 2 weeks however the others got a range of 2 to 4 tickets when they parked up 8 times in the 2 weeks. I am part time and I seemed to get the most tickets when I actually parked there less!

Did you all get windscreen PCNs or only discovered this when PCNs arrived by post a week after?

All via the post (using ANPR).

The first tickets landed through my door 20th May. The machines were uncovered on the 19th May so I/we didn't have chance to go back and take pictures as evidence.
