Good morning.
Today is snip day, so I have a hungry kitten wondering why he hasn't been fed! Talking of which, has anyone noticed a lack of cat food in the shops? On a few visits to the supermarket & w!lk0s the shelves have been bare of the 2 big brands, and some home brands! And kitten food is even harder to get!!
Some flying needs to be done today. I will make a plan after I am up and had breakfast!
Iona I hope you are pain free soon - take it easy. Hugs and spoons a-plenty for those that need them

Morning all still no internet, I could honestly cry it’s been almost a month now. Someone coming out today, no one turned up Sunday... off to work now then leaving at lunch to see if this engineer graces me with his presence.. I know it’s of no consequence in the grand scheme of things but it’s making me feel so isolated. Anyway enough waffle from me have good days all x9

iona.. no dervish here.. just lots to get done.. alas today I feel shocking.. This is why I avoid hospital appointments.. my throat is razor sore and my lymphs are all swollen and sore in my neck and head.. given almost 30% of c19 cases are caught in hospital I could well be on my second dose. I usually end up ill with something after an appointment so hoping it's nothing exciting as I have dentist next week and desperately need a filling replacing. Joys of having a brely functioning immune system, I catch EVERYTHING.Girls all set up on school work.. apart from Dot who doesn't do anything, ever. Squeak class zoom at 11 and Pixies at 2:30 and her viledin lesson at 1:40 .. hopefully that will be easier to join than the other 2 were yesterday!I'm hoping OH will paint the ceiling for Moomin today so if I'm not actively ill tomorrow I can make a start on walls.. I am a bit concerned about making a start today and being too ill to finish it in a couple of days.Cat food.. mine will only eat felix AGAIL, doubly delicious meat flavours.. they aren't happy with the fish ones, they hate gravy and if they don't like a flavour they bury the dishes in items of clothing they steal from the first place they find something. They were given tinned food once, you'd think someone had put the contents of their litter trays in a bowl.. 2 eat dry food mostly, they like the Whi***s ones with the pillow in.. Nutkin picks them out. I have caught him digging in the bowl to find them. I buy the huge 7kg bags and mix with own brand to pad it out) They have a huge dog bowl of dry food available all the time and 6-7 sachets twice a day between the 8 of them. Pudding clears everything from every bowl .. but they aren't getting more, the dry food is always there with a huge bowl of water and a water fountain.. they still drink from the tap and toilet! They loved the Blink stuff I got as a very cheap trial but that would be £200 a month to feed this bunch of chunkies. 3 of them are BIG cats. I do stock up when it's on offer because we do go through a lot.Cuppa and WM and I will think about doing other things.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)8

Morning all
Just dropping in with a note about cat food, feel free to ignore if no use to you! I get mine in bulk from either zooplus or vetuk, savings can be substantial if you can get their offers (depending on what your kitties, or other animals eat) delivery is free over a certain amount. Even if saving is not huge I find the convenience makes up for it, and they will tell you straight away if an item not in stock. I did used to get the cat litter from there too but the bags were always arriving damaged so it was messy! Even though they refunded me each time it happened...
I have 2 big cats too, they are on the ‘light’ diet as they are mainly indoors so I buy a big 7kg bag of dry food which lasts about 3 months and then their choice of wet food, don’t ask why they get a choice, they are spoiled lol.
ok best mention flying... I’ve done the dailies and wm x 1.
Hugs to all, back to work I must go!!!

Bedding in TD so it can go back on tonight
Been for coffee and a chat with a friend
Food to last us until the end of the week picked up, first time I've been in the supermarket for a few weeks so got a few treats too. I usually click and collect thus avoiding temptation, but was pleased to be able to get a few extras.
All the copy documents sorted for DD2 to present her file for a rental place she's going to look at tomorrow
Cup of tea and biscuit time

Kitty has been "seen to" 😂 Thanks for the comments re food. The dog has own brand tins of meat in jelly/dried food. The cat has kitten food, so felix or whiskers as that is what he was weaned onto. Mr als don't do kitten food! I managed to get the last box of mr S own brand on Monday, but it was the first time I had seen it! He has some dry food as well. He seems to eat anything, thankfully!
I have vac'd up downstairs, and also attempted the bedroom. Because the dog sleeps in there (on the floor) all night, and all day when I am working, it is minging!! I had to empty the machine about 7 times before finally it gave up and the filter has now been washed. It is not so much hair as dust/dried mud 😱 I have also done some washing, but not much else!
I have, however, managed to book my vaccine (yay!) It proved a lot harder than I thought it would be, and have had to book next Thursday for the AZ jab at a centre 12 miles away as locally they were offering the fizer jab, but there were no appointments 🤷♀️
I have also booked DHs car in for its mot next week. Thats a couple of jobs of my to do list!
I hope everyone has a good evening9
