It seems like forever since I've had anything to report. Work has been pretty full on and I haven't been on here much for the last few days, although I have kept up with a few other MF diaries.
So I had £10 extra in YNAB, BT finally refunded £16.57 and EE £1.82 and I cashed out £9.24 from PA. Added it all up and paid in £9.41 each to holiday savings, long term savings, immediately available savings and finally the mortgage. This means I've overpaid by £1702. 66 This month. I'm finding dividing e=all extras by four is working for me as I'm not having to decide which pot to put bits in. I know £9.41 off the mortgage doesn't seem much but its money I'll never have to pay interest on again.Mortgage Free 23 December 2020

Still feeling a bit like I've been run over by a bus, I'm not sure if its the vaccine as I was jabbed last Saturday or if its work and life in general. MrPorridge is going for his this coming Saturday, we'll see how that goes.
Otherwise not much to report, we're not spending any money is the most important thing.Mortgage Free 23 December 2020

My weekend has been more or less as planned. MrPorridge got his jab and its pretty much knocked him out for the weekend. All we've done is the shopping, £20 on the market yesterday, fruit and vegetables are definitely going up in price, and £52 in L*dl. I was pleased with that as it had some cleaning stuff and size bottles of the wine on special in it. I've baked sourdough this morning, I thought I'd let it overdrove but its the best texture I've got so far. Had some for lunch and will have some toasted with mackerel pate for dinner tonight, something on toast night.Mortgage Free 23 December 2020

Just balanced YNAB and adjusted the grocery spend, we underspent by just over £75 this month -really pleased with that. I've left £25 in their in case of last minute spends and have sent £12.70 to each of the pots, mortgage, holidays, immediate savings and long term savings.Mortgage Free 23 December 2020

First overpayment of the month at £562.75 left the account this morning. Am I the only one who wants it to be the other side of the bank holiday weekend so that they can get on with overpayments? With that and the normal payment we're now under £24 000. I'll colour in a worm segment in the morning.
