DCBL letters ..... forum group thread

So why are you fretting? Unless you've managed to blow your toes off by communicating with the PPC and/or DCBL and telling them who the driver was, there is nothing they can do, other than send you silly letters. Let this lie, you are in a privileged position. While there is nothing you can do to kill this off at this stage, you have to ride with it because that's how this game plays out wherever you are in the UK. If you get anything from DCB Legal, come back on the thread you previously opened.Cheesyavacado87 said:

I’ve had no communication with The PPC or DCBL. I have, however, been in contact with the company who manage the land and have insisted that the ticket be cancelled. Appreciate the help!0

Hopefully they will cancel but don't worry you are in Scotland ...... It's DCBL floating down the river without a driver ?Cheesyavacado87 said:I’ve had no communication with The PPC or DCBL. Do however expect further "percy filth" letters2 -

I have just this moment heard from the land management team who have requested to UKPC that the ticket be cancelled, however I shall wait to see what comes from that. If it does get cancelled I have email addresses that I could maybe pass on to help anyone else in a similar position.Hopefully they will cancel but don't worry you are in Scotland ...... We have also had a letter from DCBL (LTD), yes, migrated over from a thread i started earlier this evening. The letter is exactly like the one shown earlier in the thread. Shows Notice of Debt Recovery. Our original PCN was in May 2017, and now they are trying to come after us using DCBL. I straight away noticed the line at the bottom "This case is not subject to High court or Bailiff action" which tells me its a load of rubbish. We will not contact DCBL, but will get a SAR from UKPC. Unfortunately, UKPC know who the driver is. I have read many of the replies. Obviously the Mrs is scared, but after calming her down, we are not paying, we aint communicating with DCBL. If a CCJ appears or a letter from DCBL (Legal) arrives then we'll assess.:hello: lock n load.... Go San Francisco Giants!!!3

Perfect understanding of what's going on, and I like your determination to see them off. Tell the good lady nothing to worry about.ox5 said:We have also had a letter from DCBL (LTD), yes, migrated over from a thread i started earlier this evening.
