I have had a 14day from DCB ltd over a 2016 PCN which I ignored at the time. So do I ignore them and request SAR from UKPC ? Or do nothing? Just need clarification thanks0

Please don't ask. .

If you get a 30 day letter it's the next stage trying to intimidate you. Simple answer for these clowns, PROVE IT
YES, send UKPC a SAR, costs them money to reply1 -
Sorry to hope on this, but I’m in a similar position with the 14 day notice. Should a SAR be sent during this period or once the 30 day letter arrives?0

IMO an SAR should be sent at the first opportunityYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

YES, send the PPC a SAR, costs them money to reply.
If the PPC instructs DCBL to send out these letters, the very least we can do is return the favour
