"We'll calculate your bill value from the date we were appointed up to 30 September 2021, and if there is no decrease we'll apply a credit to your account accordingly"

It's the end of the month and my meter reading day. Where do I post them - the GNE is now marked as insecure ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

Another thing I received £15 a year discount for having dual fuel but EDF don't or at least they didn't when I used to be with them.0 -
My app is still working and a direct debit taken on 27th February is now showing in my credit amount0

Well I managed today to submit a meter reading through the "My account" section of the website which is still working four weeks on. My next bill is due 9th of March. Let us see what happens.

My credit balance (£400) is now showing as a debit balance (£200) - not sure how that came to pass just for cancelling my DD one month so far. If there is a discrepancy, i'd much rather owe them than the other way round and it will be easy enough to work out as I only joined GNE last year and have starting reads.
The EDF price promise seems quite difficult to really interpret so I'll see what they put me on and then go to the market and get the best available rather than relying on a promise to be upheld come September.0 -
I was in the process of switching from Avro to GNE when the latter collapsed. Over the weekend, Avro has issued my final bill so that's a start. I've cleared the balance and cancelled my DD with them. Nothing from EDF yet but the tariff showing in the Energy Club looks favourable. Gas and lecky rates lower, one standing charge lower and the other very slightly higher.1

Had my latest Direct Debit taken off today and attempted to go onto the Green Network website but keep getting a warning about the security of the site. Anyone else having this issue?
