Morning all
Well my stated plan to fly a little every day fell by the wayside again, I’ve kept up with the dailies and the laundry but work is just too full on and tiring for me to be able to fly in the evenings. It will be done at some stage today, first though is tea and parrots as I have a headache....
Will catch up properly on the thread later, hugs to all xx

Morning all. Ten hours sleep with just one toilet break and I feel really refreshed and smiley. Hope you're all ok today too. Hugs for anyone struggling.Just having a cuppa, the dogs are fed and Littleydog has had her flea tab. Next is changing DHs dressing then I think the rest of the day will be a pottering one. It's very cold and icy so will need to wrap up very warm for the dog walks.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
Snow here!
opened the curtains and found snow, not forecast at all.
Bed madeSoup madeSC with casserole onKitchen cleaned downOH and I are off to clear / tidy up the garage, we could be gone some time, as there are still empty moving boxes and 'stuff ' that didn't have a home when we moved in, so I feel there is some sorting going to happen.Stay safeBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Good morning everyone xx
It's the weekend woot woot. I'm up, made my bed and had a brew. Sunny and frosty outside - but toasty in here. Still a bit of brain fog going on so I'll have another brew before I begin. Has anyone been in touch with asb? I'm concerned that with no internet she is isolated from her support network - us! I hope it's soon sorted and you are back with us, asb
Hugs and much love to everyone who is struggling at the moment xx So much going on that people are having to cope with on top of the strange and terrifying times that we are living in. One day at a time my lovelies, and we are all here for you xx
I'd better get a shift on - the birds are looking for their breakfast and I'm not dressed yet.
Round 1
get dressed
feed the birds
put out the recycling
brew 2
Back soon.

Morning all - another beautiful one here as the sun rises and tints the whiteness, but my neighbour who is out walking his dog says it is very slippery underfoot. Rosie has been out and rolled around in the snow on the lawn, so is fresh and clean and happy!
(((Hugs))) to nmm and GWS wishes to your DH.
Tooch, pigpen and BadCat, just getting through each day is a major achievement atm - well done.
In flying, this morning I have tidied round everywhere and will FUPA dry washing. Conserving energy and sorting and filing / binning papers is my priority, but I'm easily distracted by opportunities for more research - it takes me away from the awfulness of our present situation. My ancestors are slowly coming out of the woodwork - yesterday I found the marriage record of another pair of my 5-times-great-grandparents, i.e. 10 generations in that line including my grandchildren. It doesn't take much to make me happy
(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round, as needed. Stay safe, everyone xxx

Iona.. yesterday was a HAAARRRRDDDD day. Things are quieter this morning but Hazel has made 2 deposits in the hallway and I haven't even looked in the kitchen or bathroom yet.
I've a thumb nail to fix before I do anything else. .. mabe a cuppa first
I've scraped all my saving pots together and I need £100 more for Dots assessment.. OH has the money for the first appointment but if I can save that too that would be great.
DIL came to pick Fabian up after she finished work yesterday so she got sent home with 2 carriers of freezer stuff, it's been in there soooooooo long if she can make use of it then thats great.
I'm so tired.
Tesc0 delivery 12-1pm so I need to kick OH out of bed before then.
Twinkle has been loving the Reading Eggs trial we signed her up for, she still needs a lot of practice on blending but she is starting to get the idea. The Osmo thing is good too.. this is the stuff mine have on their ipads.
Cuppa.. it's no good... I'm turning into a raisin! lol

Hi all
I’ve been keeping sane (ish) by reading along with you all this week, but not up to posting. Massive hugs to the lovely flyladies who have been supporting me off the thread. I guess you can all deduce the news that we got from the hospital on Monday.
So it has been dailies whenever I cba, and not a lot else. Oh and the oven blew up on Thursday night. Today’s mission includes trying to fit a chicken into the packed freezer, as no oven to cook it in. Otherwise I will have to joint it, which defeats the object of buying a whole one in the first place.Today’s jobs no longer include baking a birthday cake (back to the oven again...) for DD who will be 18 tomorrow. But still include actually putting away the rest of the shopping that arrived on Tuesday evening.Hugs to you all, especially dancemum and Narc0. I’ll keep hold of my sticks and spoons for the moment, if that is ok.

Aww Fayolle - not much I can say other than I'm thinking of you; and I'm so proud to be part of this community and pleased that you're getting support.
