Fayolle thinking of you and your family xGarage is sorted enough for now, 1/2 a green recycle and a full grey (general rubbish) bins filled, items stacked with heavy stuff at bottom, lighter at top, a huuuuuuuuuuugh heap of car booting stuff, none of it really worth sticking on ebay but it could sell locally, so I am thinking when the weather gets better, and we are out of lockdown3 of having a yard sale.Stired the Sc, eaten soup .Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Hi ladies just a quick one from me, still no internet and none likely until at least a week! I’m okay, missing chatting with you all a lot😞. Trying to keep positive and I have been flying I promise! I will catch up on everyone’s news when I can, i have no data left on my phone and no spare pennies to buy any. Just on the village WiFi typing this whilst walking the dog!
Miss you all xxx9 -
Fayolle just seen your post honey I’m so so sorry xxxxx9

Round 1 completed + FUPA washing that's been sat on the airer all week, brought laundry hamper down, picked up repeat prescription and called at Mr C00p to stock up on bananas and bread buns ....not sure how the chocolate, donuts, and trifle ended up in my basket too, but never mind.
I'm going to have a read-a-book afternoon and hope that I have more get-up-and-fly motivation tomorrow.
Much love and BIG hugs to Fayolle and family

Fayolle you are in my thoughts, life can be very cruel. And yes I have been thinking about ASB. Hope she is safe and busy tending to her chickens and frugalling. Thinking about nmm too.
Pigpen I cant imagine how tough it is, DH has been home a lot and is getting on my nerves, never mind trying to home school as well. We need to see an end to this soon.
Didnt get up until 9.30am, its very cold here, garden looks pretty with the frost. Have pottered about, put some clean washing away, emptied DW, bleached the sink, tidied the bedroom. Bathroom floor could do with a wash, not a big job so I should get that done.
Feeling a bit lazy to be honest.10 -
Dailies done, dogs walked, bread rolls baked, lunch scoffed, dvds finally sorted from last week, nails looking neat. Going to just mooch now, maybe some reading, maybe some knitting and will walk the dogs again later.
Fayolle, thinking of you and yours.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
Thank you all xx - I’ve had the flylady hat pulled firmly on for a couple of hours. Vacuumed downstairs, HHI, s&s bathrooms, balloons blown up and stuffed into a black sack for tomorrow, token presents wrapped. If anyone can tell me why I ordered 4 litres of bleach with the online food shop, I would be really grateful...I guess it was a sign that I need to stay on this thread...8

While I need to fly I also need to be on it for work, so I am busy planning for next week. I have half of Monday and Tuesday nailed so far (I'm in on Tuesday) including actual activities created and uploaded to Seesaw, and scheduled. It's DD's birthday on Friday so I have ordered an extra treat of a birthday gift to be delivered direct to her from the A place. I would love to know the impact of lockdowns and restrictions on their business model.
I've been sat at the laptop for three hours now so I am going to move.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Hi all x
Fayolle, Huge hugs, spoons and sticks for you and yours xx
Ionafan, Thanks, and it definitely is right now x
I have been a bit productive today. We passed on a desk from the living room before Christmas (I had it for when i was doing a college course and it had turned into a dumping ground). Today I cleaned the skirting in and around the corner and DD moved the dolls house and little shelf unit from one corner to the clean one. Dog went to the groomers and OH took DD for a drive. I cleaned that corner and went up to the original one, 2 baskets of gibble sorted. Half a basket of memories gone to attic. Other basket of frames, never used ready for charity shop / posted on face book along with folding chair that was used with desk. So, I have a clear corner
2 loads of washing done. Dishes done, but we have all eaten since so will get those done.
I was supposed to be in work Mon, Wed and Fri but we had a message this morning to say that the boiler isn't working so school closed due to no heating or hot water. So, I'm planning on hitting the ground running here on Monday, while I wait for online work to be sent in. Hoping to keep going for the normal school hours.10 -
Fayolle more hugs from here, so sorry to hear your news.
I've done very limited things today: managed to combine getting a newspaper, posting a letter and going for a walk this morning.
The rest of the day was spent pretty much on flower arrangements. The one for the coffin I felt went well and of course there were loads of flowers left over as I'd bought plenty in case I messed it up, so I made one for SIL as I hadn't been able to give her one for Christmas, and one for our lounge. Tomorrow morning I'll have a final check to make sure nothing has wilted/fallen out/been devoured by gremlins overnight, then take it to the funeral director - hopefully not slipping on the ice on the way (she lives about 5 doors away and it already snowed earlier this evening).
This evening I worked out how to double-sided print the order of service without getting the middle bit upside down - doh - so I printed most of them out; we don't need many, but needless to say I need to change the ink cartridge which I'll do tomorrow.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10
