My flying today has consisted only of the dailies. Yesterday evening I twisted my neck as I threw one of Rosie's toys - I heard it click loudly - and apparently trapped a nerve (not the same one as before). I didn't get much sleep, but I got up at 7.00 to go out to the greengrocer's and MrAl before they got full. How I managed the shopping I don't really know, but we were very low on F&V so I suppose the feral instinct kicked in and I went on autopilot. I got home at 9.00 to find DH just emerging from bed, and in a bad mood because his hip was hurting, when I would rather have been greeted with a mug of hot coffee and a bowl of steaming porridge! I growled at him and got on with putting the shopping away while he did breakfast, and as soon as I had eaten I went back to bed until well into the afternoon, when I cooked the chicken I'd bought and started to feel better. I'm afraid Rosie didn't get even a short walk today: I wasn't up to it, and she wouldn't have gone anyway because she hates heavy rain! My neck is now mobile again and relatively pain free, so I hope I shall sleep comfortably tonight. Tomorrow is another day.8 -

Hugs to dancemum.
Put the kitchen to bed last night so it was nice this morning . I am trying to make this a habit, I hope by writing on my list of done things everyday it will become automatic, a bit like make the bed, pick up clothes has. It's not a habit yet but I do now immediately notice if my clothes are on the floor or the bed isn't folded back. It's not fast progress but it is progress and afterall I've had years and years to perfect my lazy habits (50+).
Taking DD2 for haircut today
Laundry is the priority for today
I have lunch sorted from leftovers
Might assemble a lasagna for dinner, have leftover bolognese
Working this evening
Hugs to you all,

Morning xx
Hugs to dancemum xx Hope your neck is better today ionafan xx Love and prayers to all who are having a tough time- it seems that would be everyone then!!!
Not much flying happening here- I'm shattered when I get in from work. I went to bed at 9 last night and there's still 2 days to get through. And A has handed in her notice and leaves on 5th February - I'm not going to think about it. I've moved my Annual Leave and swapped a couple of days off in February to help out. They would like me to go back to full time- but they know the answer to that one!!!
So my bed is made, the birds get fed and the recycling goes out and that's about it until Weekend Willi arrives.
Much love to you all

Morning all
hugs Dancemum. Shakespeare died on his birthday.
day in work today. I have got over myself and, in addition to typed instructions for tasks I am recording them. I hate my voice but I am teaching reception. I love Seesaw.
i wish I could share one little girl's work - she does videos but she does them as if she's a presenter, starting with "Hi guys"... gets me every time. She must have been right at the front of the cute queue.

Valli.. I bet your lessons are better than Twinkles.. *watch episode of alphablocks'.. They got Osmo for christmas so she has been doing those.. and a couple of writing books.
I feel shocking today.. full of cold.. I haven't left the house in over 3 weeks and still have a virus.. just goes to show doesn't it! It's only me as well, no one else has anything. Less than 4 hours sleep isn't helping either... and I think Twinkle may be coming down with it as well.. she has howled since about 7am and came in our bed for snuggles, she's not done that for ages.
I need to flea the mogs today.. once the drugs work their magic and my nose stops streaming.
I need to check emails, ring to change Dots appointment to something less offensive.. 8am!! as if anyone ever wants an appointment at that time.
Trying out a new jumper today, it feels lovely, its so soft but it on my neck, I thought it would be ok, but it's not..
