sure this has been asked before but does anyone on here have an ITIN for when those hand pays come ? if so how did you go about it ? Is there an easy/free way to get one from the UK ?
thanks0 -
Hi, I've used Groupon in Vegas years ago, are there any voucher-like websites or apps that are worth looking into please? I am going in September, thanks!
Also the same for the outlet malls, is there anything worth looking into for coupons?0 -
@photome
Wifey won hand pay last month (luckily for her, she won it in the Luxor and we were staying there)..
From win, to cash in hand, took 1hr 20 mins...
Thats 1hr 20 mins of listening to that same repeat music of the win on the machine!
Game of Thrones slot.
I had to go back to the room to get her passport.
Had to go through the process of logging into the ESTA website to get it to produce an ESTA report in PDF to show she is valid to be in the US, to then email it to the slot manager, etc.
Seemed to be a lot of questions compared to when i had a handpay in 2018.......
Got there in the end (in terms of completing the paperwork so she didnt get taxed 30%).

2 week countdown for me. It can't come quick enough! I've been on a crazy sell as much as I can, earn on the side as much as I can to put towards my trip. I'm very happy that since June I've earned £900+ for this trip. Also a reminder to check car parking costs. Airport car parking has gone down £60 from when I booked in May so I've cancelled and rebooked at the lower price2

Hi everyone, its been 11 years since I've been to vegas, and I imagine a lot has changed. Previously stayed at Encore, MGM, NY NY & Cosmopolitan. Hoping to book for May 2024 as a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday, and was hoping to get some recommendations on hotels. It would have to be a hotel on strip for us as it will be a short trip, and I would be happy to stay at of the hotels that we have previously stayed in.
Another question would be has anyone stayed at Paris hotel lately? It is really competitively priced & I guess I'm concerned its too good to be true!
Finally what are the better websites for hotel bookings? So far I've looked at Trivago, booking.com and expedia - its been a while so not sure if these are still some of the better sites for comparing.
Thanks in advance!0 -

Thanks in advance!I’d just login to mlife and see what offers it throws at you for a direct booking to start with - don’t forget this means you might get some comp’d back at end of your stay too1 -
After weeks of indecision, finally booked trip no. 21 to Las Vegas.Had been looking for a decent flight deal, did a bit of playing around on the BA web site under the 'customise your trip' option on the flight and hotel tab, using the hotel for only part of the trip option.Managed to get flight via San Francisco on the way out and direct return flights and 3 nights hotel for £499 with luggage included, We are there for a total of 8 nights, the other 5 nights comped through MGM and El Cortez.Quite happy with that, hopefully the Fontainebleau opens during the time we are there, would be nice to take a look around it after seeing it partially built for many years.

What are the rooms like there ?…we have always stopped at Main Street Station for our Downtown Vegas part of trips.
But we have spent a lot more time gambling in El Cortez than MSS…so would be up for a change if anyone has positive opinions on the rooms at EC.0 -
