I applied for over time with Sainsburys so from Sunday I'm working Sunday, Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday. I'm going to see how I cope, I think as long as I get plenty of rest and keep hydrated etc I should be fine! Plus extra money in next pay!

    Morning all,

Not a lot of plans going on today besides general house cleaning. My mother and sister are coming down at different times today but besides that I plan on just watching films

That’s a lot of overtime your putting in, hopefully you’re only doing that short term don’t want to burning out.

I watched all of squid game some of it I really liked, other parts just so weird, but overall I enjoyed it.

I’ve did the shopping and housework now I’m going to chill.
    Enjoy your visitors and film.

I'm only doing it this much for extra money towards the car and Christmas. Including the over time booked in so far I'm at £688 for next payday. I probably will only ever do one day a week extra over time. As you said I'd burn myself out otherwise. I don't mind as such on the weekends as I can come back home and sleep

Yeah I enjoyed it but didn't get the hype. I went to watch the new Halloween film Wednesday, pointless film

Hi Jade, If you are paying extra with your Sainsbury’s wage, I’d pay it to Barclaycard since that’s the only one whose adding interest. Might not be this month since you have your car bill to pay for.

I’ve  just watched Last Christmas, lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon 😀

    Hey Parky!

Agreed, that's the plan. Once I got my car sorted and mot ready I plan on paying off the Barclaycard straight away

Oooh I think I've seen that a few times. I watched casper yesterday

  • Just caught up on your diary. Really impressive attitude and with the second job that’s going to really accelerate how quickly you clear the debt.

Same as has already been said, just look after yourself but upper determination is admirable!

    Jan 2022 - £0
    Cleared - £102,222

Jan 2022 - Now time to build suitable investments and a business!

Thank you so much! Agreed, extra money means quicker way to pay off debt. Even better than I actually enjoy the job so that's always a bonus!

Rang the insurance for an update on the claim I made ages ago for Tommy, they said it hasn't even been looked at yet as some info was missing. Which it wasn't, they just didn't ring to confirm with me. So I've been waiting 6 weeks so far, so I'm a little peed off. Other news, the house sale did go through just Yopa are idiots and messed up there side.
