Well done on the water intake, I am also on the trying to eat better crusade but keep failing. I really struggle with work lunches, especially on nights...i just snack through boredom. Yum nothing screams Autumn more than pumpkin spiced latte haha. On a side note how quick have these darker nights returned, I am working nights this week and it seems to be already getting darker earlier.
Haha thanks! Currently I'm looking though pinch of nom for ideas  agreed! It's soooo dark early now, it's colder in the mornings now aswell!

Hi, nearly time to make pots of soup for lunch lol.
Did you watch help the other night, what did you think of it? I haven’t watched it yet but I saw a bit of it on Gogglebox and didn’t seem that interest in it, so I’ve lost the notion to watch it.

I saw a few minutes by accident, but I have it recorded.  The bit I saw was quite scary to be honest & I was so glad my mother was no longer in a care home.

Yes I agree it wasn't pleasant to watch but I really enjoyed it. Made me cry a little due to loosing my grandad last year so brought some memories back.

I think the scary bit was that it did feel real.

    Evening all,

Not long got home. I've picked up some bits from the shops, salad and chicken mainly. My OH has been preparing to go fishing tomorrow and left something in the spare room that smells like baby sick and didn't think to open the window and now it smells horrific in there :anguished: he's gone out to help a friend move house so I've ran myself a nice hot bubble bath! I plan on making work lunches soon and then having a look at some surveys. I got another product test it's coming in a few days it's eyebrow wax so should be interesting. I don't have much else planned for the evening but I did see a new programme called Vigil on BBC iPlayer I believe so might watch that

Yes agreed! They include statistics at the end about how much PPE went to NHS vs Care Homes. I think it was 60 or 80% went to NHS and the rest to care homes! It's so sad.
