    Evening all,

I've taken apart the giant cat tree we had as its pointless now for just one cat. We had Tommy's ashes back today also, he's been put in a little wooden box with pretty name tag. Made me a bit sad but life happens I guess.

Chinese take away for food tonight, I'm paying as there's nothing in the freezer to make a proper meal from. Might even have a glass of whatever gin I have left in my fridge

    Afternoon all,

Weekends are the worst eating wise for me as we don't really have a set time or whatever so sometimes I just snack and don't get a proper meal. This morning I've emptied the freezer and cooked whatever I can that won't make a meal. So I've been munching on mini sausage rolls for ages  but, I do need to start eating properly. OH has gone out over his sisters and taken Django with him as his 3 year old nephew adores mango. Which gives me a nice quiet time to hoover the house without the hoover wheels being chewed on  I plan on doing some surveys soon, posting a DVD I sold on ebay and general cleaning. I'm making a chicken dinner for food this evening but other than that I'm not doing a lot.

    To do today

    Work lunches
    Wash Work uniforms done
Baked oats for the morning will do this whilst making dinner later

    Morning all,

Crazy how fast the weekends go now!

    Today I will

Drink 2 litres of water Done
Eat my banana and Nutella baked oats done
    Surveys

I'm also stuck back in a rut where I'm not sure what to take to work again and therefore I just end up eating the same thing. So my plan is to pop to the shops after work and pick up some things. Also struggling with breakfasts as sometimes I fancy it and other times I don't and then I'm hungry by 10am

    Afternoon all!

I've nearly finished my 2 litres of water, I treated myself to a Pumpkin Spiced Latte! Got left overs for work lunch today and I plan on popping into the shops on the way home to pick up some things for the rest of the week for work. I also need to start meal planning again as I feel like it's easier to prep for work etc. I want to start eating a little better also. Not much else going on really, OH is off fishing for 2 nights so he's back on Thursday and I'm off Friday so taking my brother out for his birthday.

  • Well done on the water intake, I am also on the trying to eat better crusade but keep failing. I really struggle with work lunches, especially on nights...i just snack through boredom. Yum nothing screams Autumn more than pumpkin spiced latte haha. On a side note how quick have these darker nights returned, I am working nights this week and it seems to be already getting darker earlier.
