I use an app called viewers logic and it basically records when I watch TV and rewards me 185 points a day. Cash out is £4 for amazon vouchers but they've just given me £30 reward. So I have a nice amazon voucher to keep until I want to spend it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards. So Ive offered my work friend a lift home tomorrow saves her paying for a taxi and it's on my way home anyway so I don't mind.. BUT I now need to clean the car as I have a habbit of collecting my plastic tubs I use to take my food lunches in and leaving them there
I do need to check oil, screenwash and hoover it. So that's a bit of motivation!

Hi jade, sounds like things are going ok.
i keep looking at your signature and wonder.... what if you reduced all but the Fluid card payments to £10 and added the difference up and just got shot of the fluid card (snowball effect), then do the same with barclaycard etc????
I am still waiting on my completion certificate for my IVA final settlement but in the meantime I have made good progress with clearing the small amount left of the settlement loan I borrowed to get out early and build up a good EF.
i am genuinely now scared of getting credit, I have now got a credit card to build my report back up but I have asked for the lowest limit of £250 and so far I have paid in full each month.
I am now going in to 2 ‘no spend months’ where I will attempt to do as many NSD’s as possible ready for December and Xmas shopping (luckily as a family we don’t really do lots of presents it’s just all about good food, good drink and good company!)If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing2 -

I was actually thinking about this not so long ago put aqua us pretty low anyway. Barclay are doing my head in as I spent 45 minutes on the phone to set up a payment plan with them to them actually not setting it up as I found out so I'm not paying £40PM to them now just the minimum which is £15 or so I believe. But the only problem is that they're the one who now charge interest out of all my CCs.
Well done on paying back in full so far! This is my fear when I'm out of debt again that I'll have to build my credit report and end up being in debt again
Ah that sounds great! Agreed, we don't really do alot of presents. I just enjoy the time off work, I've managed to book off the between from boxing day until January! But working Christmas eve!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Hi Jade, I read all your diary and I love how positive you have remained and how motivated you are when you do all your surveys & focus groups.
I don't have much advice in terms of which debt is best to tackle first - I would normally go lowest first to get rid as it's a nice win, however if your Barclaycard is adding interest then you may be best to target that and just pay minimum on the rest.I'm not sure how you and your OH split finances (I'm assuming a 50/50 split) but could now be a good time to go through your own individual direct debits and see if you can cut back on any for a few months? And then re-assess when the new year comes round? You may find that cutting out between now and the new year helps you figure out the really key direct debits that really benefit you and you want to keep for next year
I have subscribed and will be cheering you on!2 -

Yes, I'm thinking of switching up some minimum payments etc and changing who I pay what amount to. We don't split our finances, sound weird I know but we pay half each on house bills and only house bills (rent, gas, electric, water and council tax) everything else is our own personally. OH is self employed plumber. He knows about my debts but not how much overall! He has his own debts also but again I don't know the full amount. We're both pretty focused on our own debts and tackling them, which works for us. If we have an emergency or need or buy something we split the cost.
My DDs are as follows
Council Tax £117
Rent £150 (oh pays £150)
Water £40.97
Car Tax - £29.75
Car Insurance £55.57
Sky internet £28
TV Licence £26.50 (cuts down to £13 in December)
Phone £26
iPad £26 - contract and can't cancel
Likely Loans £30
Five Lamps £1
So there's nothing really I can cut down on. Although I will be looking at changing my payments to all CCs and Loans. I'm also waiting to get money from the house, apparently they've signed contract etc now and could take 2-10 weeks.
Thank you for the support!

Afternoon all!
I have a Zoom call Monday 90 minutes for £40, another product trial on the way, its eyebrow waxNo focus groups or anything happening although I have applied for a few. Going to try and empty the freezer completely, it's nearly empty now and we didn't really do a big food shop last month. I'm off to West Midlands Safari Park tomorrow with my brother, it's a two hour drive but I don't mind. Should be fun! Even better that it's a day off work. I have 4 holidays left to use between now and Christmas, I also have plans to go to Bath Christmas Market with my mam in December.
To do
Look at finances and alter DD's
Try and pay Fluid or Barcs off asap!
