CCJ issued after being misled by private parking firm - VCS

Just read a few threads where people have been through a hearing. Search the forum for "another one bites the dust" and that will find all the recently won cases.3

this may contain some info for you ...Ralph

But the standard case references trotted out by VCS are nothing new (nothing ever is in PPC World) and have been done to death already on here.
Search the forum for a surname from a case and read & learn. Vine v Waltham Forest being misquoted again, I expect. Chaplair v Kumari? Yawn.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

my good friends, today my CCJ was set aside - to say I am pleased is an understatement - @coupon-mad, your input, wording and support helped me greatly so thank you so much
on the call VCS interjected straight away to consent to the set aside however they requested costs which I refused and thankfully the judge agreed however she would not discuss the PCN fee
I have however been awarded the set aside along with £95 expenses and the £255 court fee. VCS have 21 days to pay this however how do they pay?
Also do I receive this in writing or not and I know this might sound sill but is this all over now?

In most cases it's not over because the original claim comes back into play , which is why the judge won't discuss it
Email your details to litigation at VCS for payment
Without reading the whole gigantic thread , I would assume that VCS can continue with the original court claim for the PCN
Did the judge not mention that or give deadlines for documents etc ? No hearing scheduled ? What ?
If the original claim was paid by you , then as you agreed to that settlement you would expect that it's over1 -
@Redx no but I have already paid the PCN does that not make a difference? The only deadline given was for VCS to pay costs within 21 days, all the emails I have sent them previously have been ignored, should I wait for them to get in touch or will they not and what happens if they do not pay within the 21 days?0
-
If it's paid , it's settled , or should be
If VCS don't send a cheque or pay a bank transfer by the 21 day deadline , you would have to give them a written warning with say 7 days notice and payment options , after that it's enforcement !!1 -
If the PPC do not pay set DCBL on them. Or consider a claim,

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
thanks Guys hopefully it wont come to that but who knows with VCS
will I receive a follow up letter from the courts confirming the set aside and allocation of costs?
