    - were do I sent the forms to and how - can they be emailed?
    - how do I make the payment?
    Suggest you send them to your local County Court. Give them a ring and arrange payment.

    If you do that, obviously the Name of Court box on the form will be filled in differently.

    Thanks you @KeithP my nearest is a civil & family court, it also had a county court number, can I refer my case to there?

    I would think so. Why not ring them and ask them? You'll have to phone them to pay anyway.

    @Coupon-mad point 7 now reads -

    7.     Claiming ‘costs/damages’ on an indemnity basis is stated to be unfair in the Unfair Contract Terms Guidance, CMA37, para 5.14.3.  That is the official Government guidance on the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ('CRA 2015') legislation which must be considered, given the duty in s71.  The Defendant avers that the CRA 2015 has been breached due to unfair terms and/or unclear notices (signs), pursuant to s62 and with regard to the requirements for transparency and good faith, and paying regard to examples 6, 10, 14 and 18 in Sch2.  NB: this is different from the UTCCRs considered by the Supreme Court, in that there is now a requirement for contract terms and notices to be fair.

    I have also updated all docs to reflect everyones input thank you and I have called my local court and I can submit there.  So once the above is confirmed I will finally be sending my forms off thankfully!!

    I think I'd add some emphasis because the new thing is 'and consumer notices':
    requirement for contract terms and consumer notices (signs) to be fair.

    @Coupon-mad so just add and highlight ‘and consumer notices (signs)’? Or add further information?
    Would you say I am now in a position to submit?

    Good evening All, so I finally got my court date through, it’s via telephone on May 21st, do I need to do anything for this? I am so nervous and not sure what to expect, I am praying so hard I am granted the set aside, any help or advise would be greatly appreciated as always

    See post #2 (I think) of the NEWBIES thread ... it explains the court process from end to end, and tells you what you need to do and when.

    Have you done your Witness Statement yet?

    So, the only things to do is read your Hearing Order and following what it tells you to do - and note the deadlines - and read lots of set aside threads.

    We've had a few set aside successfully in the past couple of days including one done & dusted in twenty minutes over the phone today.  No link, go and read today's threads.
