Well done Round, little by little is the way to go and suddenly one day it all comes together. , This is exactely what happened with our loft over the garage, OH and I had both been picking up one or two things to go each time we went over there and then suddenly this Sunday he and DD1 pulled out all the old boxes that were up there and suddenly it's sorted into something quite manageable.
Electricity seems to be holding up here so hoping it was a soggy extension lead.
OH speeding fine has been paid
Flowers ordered for delivery to friend (just because)
Easy dinner tonight, fish, chips & peas (just need to peel the potaotes)
Dining room sorted, treasures put away or in bag to go to charity,
DD2 looking for intenships SLOWLY so SLOWLY
Off to put kettle on if anyone fancies a cup of tea, will also pop to garage for oil filled radiator to go under the desk for OH tomorrow as he keeps moaning it's cold and will put WM on again11 -
I'll join you for a cuppa Mademoiselle xx And while the kettle is boiling I'll make a start on those shoes....got side-tracked by tetris. Ooops.

Four pairs of shoes and two pairs of shin pads are now in DS's gym bag. And I have a mug of hot chocolate.

I inadvertently joined you both for a cuppa. And half a chelsea bun that DD had brought home for me from work on Saturday and I had forgotten about. My wobbly bits are certainly getting very much wobblier too, Narc0. I ordered my seeds etc back in November (as usual) and they took 6 weeks to come, which the seed company did warn about at the time. I would get ordering if you know what you want, as I am sure that demand will be high again this spring.
I spent an hour on the laptop going through finances, not very productively. But I think that I have come up with a budget and will try to stick to it. I now need to open a new account with the local building society (online, so that’s not an issue), but my enthusiasm has leaked away. A job for another day.8 -
It's been a busy day. I have cleared away pots left to dry, taken recycling out, added bits to compost bin, persuaded bunnies into their pen, WUALTD, emptied TD and DW and responded to online learning. Nipped to vets for Flea tablets. Gave cat a flea tablet. Then I went for a walk and walked to the place where we were walking so, by the time I got to that Rec I had already achieved my walking goals for today. Boom! By the time I walked it home again I had smashed my goals and done over 90 minutes of total walking. And I did it without stopping! I have nipped to town for rabbit food - very quiet - bought 3 bags so I should be ok for a fortnight and got a YS tea from M&S. And some cod for less than £1 which has gone into the freezer ready to be turned into fish pie one day. Popped into Mr L en route home for shopping I need. Kids are looking at instructions this week and they have had a comprehension activity based on a recipe. Bought stuff to make said recipe (Greek Salad) as I love Greek Salad. Also bought pitta breads and stuff to make a veggie chilli which I will take to work for my lunch on Friday and there will be some to freeze. Bunnies got a bag of curly kale too. Tomorrow I MUST fly.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Hi all, ((hugs)) to all in need x
I have been in work today, so not a great deal done:(
DD is the same here with A levels x (she did have good news the other day... an unconditional offer from one Uni) But she is still plodding on with the work x It's so hard for all students in these times.
I have done dishes, and some drying. Sorted out an ironing pile ready for tomorrow( not in school)
Wiped over the kitchen and emptied the bin.11 -
Good evening!
Paid stuff here today, so minimal flying done. I put on DW, WULTD, WM & TDx1 and vac'd up when I had finished work. I was just collecting the bins from upstairs when DH came home. He is in a mood as I hadn't done dinner - he will get over it!
Attempted a z00m with the siblings, offspring & mum. Unfortunately the technology got the better of mum, so we resorted to WA instead. She had to endure a tuneless & out of sync singing of happy birthday for her 81st!
No work tomorrow. I also have excess wobbly bits, but I just can't get in the right frame of mind! I am contemplating a run in the morning, before the rain starts, or maybe give Joe Wicks a try (I wish!!), but I probably won't. The dog is hobbling after today's walk, so I may give him a rest day.
Just watched the news - very odd to see my home town featured in the top story! It looks like a ghost town - which is a good thing in today's climate I guess.

I didn't do anything today apart from put the towels on another dry from last night as they were still a little damp and tidied the lining room for my hubs gutair lesson and for the landlord to inspect our heater as I broke it (the spring for the switch popped off I think) .
it wasn't a planned lazy day , but was having horrible sharp and scary pains in my ribs. when I got off the sofa, I had an intense sharp pain that took my breath away and sat on the floor crying , my hubs bless him was trying to make me laugh then told me to lay down ... I was crying saying "but I want coffee" (in a childish tone that I do when I'm messing around) and so the hubs made me a coffee which was one of the best I've ever had. then gave me cuddles.
I've not felt myself today because of this but doctors think its Costochondritis , was happy to just get an answer so I can look up to see what possibilities there are to help ease it.
sorry for being lazy though was a little bummed tbh.10 -
And not much done since last post but I have decided to put the chilli in the SC overnight on low so I will be ready for lunch tomorrow and Friday and I will freeze the other portions.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Morning all.
Paid stuff today but I'll see what flying I can fit in. They are beginning to furlough people at work so will see what the day brings.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.11
