So today not quite going to plan, but hey ho!
The power went off, no not a power cut but a tripped main fuse, so tried the obvious causes, no joy, so with the help of DD2 we turned every circuit off and one by one put them on until it tripped again. ,something in the cellar. The christmas lights have been unplugged and things seem to be staying on, in the main part of the house any way, it's pouring down with rain so not too keen to go back over to the cellar to see what is on there (under an out building the other side of the garden). Well that took an hour or so and in the meantime my motivation has run off to party with Fayolle's and Round's.
So going to browse internet whilst I warm up and think about something for lunch10 -
So my motivation made a short-lived return from partying, although it has now returned to boogie the day away with Round’s and Mademoiselle’s...
Top mended - black cotton in the gloom so hardly a work of art
Birthday card delivered
Bathroom and ensuite cleaned
Hair washed and straightened
Towels, cleaning cloths etc going through a hot wash.
When I cba, I need to tidy up my jumpers, as I have been throwing them onto a shelf and they are tipping precariously. And see whether the ood puff pastry is still good to turn into something edible. I swear that fridge hides stuff from me.
it’s raining steadily here.

Chuckling at the thought of my motivation partying with Fayolle's and Mademoiselle's. It made a brief appearance which allowed me to complete Round 1 then decided it was having more fun hanging with its mates and scooted back to wherever it is.
Lunch next. Then I'm going to WUDUPA another bowl of pots - and because I've said that on here, now I will do. I guess I have accountability to spur me on in motivation's absence.

- Having received an email from my uni manager agreeing that we should not be offering face to face assessments at this time, I have applied for the 3rd SEISS. Although I had plenty of work in Nov and Dec, Jan will now be 10 assessments fewer than I usually do, so I feel ok about claiming.
- Sorted out a load of things needing posting
- Sorted out a load of magazines and agreed with Mr N they need recycling.
Plan for the rest of the day is go for a walk now it appears to have stopped raining, start ordering seeds as I predict there will be a rush like there was last spring, dig out 2yr old jumper I started knitting to see if I can pick up where I left off. I also need to get a wiggle on to put all my CPD on the professional site so I can apply for my next 3yrs Assessment Certificate.
Hugs to all, especially wobblers.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10 -
Mock exam done. 90% and I now know the areas I need to focus my revision on. DH wants to attempt a short walk so I'm going to have to go with him despite me having already been out on proper walk with dogs. We are however miles from anywhere in a small village and probably won't even see anyone else.Spend less now, work less later.10

Lunch eaten and second bowl of pots WUDUPA. Two plastic bowls recycled. Two watches, two deodorants, a pack of cards, ear phones, and a padlock with key, added to bag of 'stuff' to be taken by DS for sorting. Random bits of paper recycled or put aside for shredding. Every little helps
Next step is to pack DS's emptied gym bag with as many of his shoes as I can fit into it - to be taken away the next time he calls. Any shoes that won't fit in the bag will be packed into a carrier bag - also to be taken away by DS. Little by little I'm moving forward ....step by step I'm on my way ....
Hugs
