Morning all,
Paid stuff for me as well, after a long night in the WAC. My turn to go into the office. I live in fear of being stopped and fined, even though I can’t work 100% from home. Just one more thing that I can fret about I suppose. For sure, I wouldn’t go in if I didn’t feel safe though.
Wm on, clean washing folded. Utility room is an even bigger mess than usual - last night I traced the puddle of water back to a blocked up fridge. Gross - I need to empty it and clean it out, which entails clearing the top. Utility room tetris. A job for the daylight tomorrow.

Morning everyone, I'm up and dressed so claiming that as a success for today.  
Bed made, clothes picked up and windows have been opened and reclosed again
Dining room is tidy again but kitchen and living room could do with a good tidy as could our bathroom.
So plan is breakfast followed by HHC in the kitchen

I'm up, made my bed, rolled up a belt and put it in bag of DS's stuff, and had a brew.

dancetowers update : dancegran still in hospital for infection, heart attack &/or blood clot. She has also caught Covid there.
DS1 his new workplace has closed DS2 still away and actually made contact last night.

It looks as though we're in for rain all day so my walk will be carefully planned and possibly involve a brolly.  Expect it will be solo too.  If I do it this morning I can come home to my veggie chilli which, judging by the aroma, is done.  It can stay on low.  Might manage some flying.  And I might make a start on a Toots list job.  I'm going to try stripping a windowsill.

Today is going to be a post /  email /  phone day.  
- Post DGS2's birthday present (I wrapped it last night)
- Write a couple of emails to friends
- 10:30 -  half hour on WA with DGS4, talking about toys from the past.  I have got out my teddy who was my mother's and is almost 109 years old, a solitaire board (with modern marbles made locally) and tiddly winks set from about the same era, the Counties of England card sets (like Happy Families) that I was given when I was about 7, and the toy zoo that DS2 (DGS4's daddy) "brought with him" as a gift for his brother and sister when he was born.  Should be fun!  
- 11:30 - half hour on WA with DGS3 reading to me: probably "How to Train your Dragon".  Also should be fun!
Following Rosie's walk and our lunch:
- 2:00 - annual review and revision of working agreement with my boss via Z00m.  Not fun.
- 4:00 - make a phonecall to a friend who's 90 today, and raise a cuppa to him 

Between times, I shall fly a little.  I FUPA all the clean washing last night, and all the clean plastic veg bags this morning.  The house is tidy apart from* the utility which is WISP ie Work In Slow Progress, so I really only need to plump up the cushions and hoover and dust the LR, and S&S the kitchen and bathroom.
* I do not count DH's mancave as part of the house.  It's beyond the door with the "Station Master" sign, so it's none of my business - but I'm pleased to report that he has filled up the black bin with rubbish this week and there is enough clear floor space for me to get in there with an occasional cuppa for him

Wedding dress put away (was one of the treasures found in loft)

Last nights pans, which I had WU but left, put away
Spending spreadsheet updated, 
1 kitchen worksurface that was a dumping ground cleared, sorted and cleaned.  
Admin email sent, rather than put off until later

OH has just got up from the desk to make coffee and have a wander and he noticed my cleared area, so feeling happy!

Plenty more to do, so hopefully see you later with another update

Good morning
I didn't sleep that well, so got up late. I am up, dressed & breakfasted. It's bin day, so I quickly filled a food bag with some bulky bits that I don't want in the compost (chicken carcass, bread, OOD eggs & a tub of chocolate frosting). While I was outside I noticed some workmen up the road near the skip. I went over and asked very nicely if there would be room for 2 small rubble bags that have been hanging around my front garden since the summer. He happily came and got them  I didn't want to be one of "those" neighbours to dump it under the cover of darkness!

Dancemum.. I hope gran is not too unwell.. Hospitals are the number 1 place of transmission.. nasty dirty places, if only they could contract more deep cleaning hours and actually had some air circulation! I get something every time anyone has an appointment, even if just a sore throat it is every time.

Dots ADHD apppointment has been changed from Friday to 5th Feb at 8am... thats not happening.. I don't get time to sit down until about now with breakfasts and school stuff and just stuff in general. I need to phone and change that.

Stinking neighbours were not stinking yesterday for the first time in weeks.. so my head feels a bit better this morning but I appear to be coming down with a cold or something. I have eczema flare up again after it had just about gone, and I am full of sneezes and snottings.. and I have 2 really sore bits on my lip..

I'm having to chase music stuff for the 3 girls.. it seems Pixies are arranged and OH didn't tell me because he hadn't checked his email and despite me giving them MY email they sent it to his and he has 21000 unread messages so clearly he checks them a lot! Dot still not done any work and Pixie on the barest of minimums.. Squeak is swotting away.. Twinkle we still have nothing for other than an email to discuss 'ear' words and rhymes.. like we don't do that every day with sounds anyway, is that not just games we play as parents?

I need to check Boogs hospital appointments, I need to reorder prescriptions and still have 2 to pick up from B00ts. OH is being sent out for fruit, NPB still not paid up.. its £8 even I could scrape that together or would at least have the decency to be in contact.

I vacuumed through downstairs yesterday and gearing up to do upstairs today.

I asked OH to mop the loo and bathroom because Hazel keeps leaving deposits and there were a few marks left so he has cleaned 1/3rd of the loo (1mx1.5m room!) and 1/4 of the bathroom (2x2m room)... WHHHHYYYY??????????? Surely it is easier to do the whole lot than just pick tiny bits of small rooms?
