Hi everyone, hope you're well.
Just an update that I've received a letter from BW saying they intend to continue with claim, I've also had letter from CCBC "Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims court"
I was just thinking, with all the Corona stuff going on, is it more likely that a BW person would actually attend a telephone hearing? Seems more likely to me.

No, they still tend to hire out. Means they cant be directly questioned.4
