    Hi All,
I had my court hearing today and won :-) Thank you for all of your help and advice. 3.5 years of being chased and it's finally over!
    Fantastic! Tell us more.

What did VCS' rep try to say and what did the Judge say?

Was it in person? Did you have to say much?

Please could you post to reassure @lissylou who is feeling scared about their hearing tomorrow?

Well done on your win.  :) Looking forward to your report. Did you counterclaim or get costs for unreasonable behaviour?

    Hi All,

It was over the phone with a judge and the solicitor for VCS. The solicitor seemed like he was agency and had only read the case that morning. The judge asked him about the fact I didn't have a permit because I was waiting for VCS to send it to me and the fact the lease states I can park in the space without showing a permit. He couldn't say anything so the judge dismissed the case. I didn't counter sue etc, I'm just glad it's over!

    Thanks for posting the outcome!

ANOTHER VCS ONE BITES THE DUST!

I hope you are using your case and £170 aggressive debt demands as evidence this month (TIME LIMITED) to answer the DLUHC's question 4 (explained here):

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6471857/please-reply-to-question-4-of-the-governments-call-for-evidence-re-the-level-of-parking-charges

Even if you never got the debt demand threats -  or threw them away - PLEASE RESPOND TO THE GOVERNMENT ANYWAY, talking about how it feels like a huge scam to be forced to defend an exaggerated claim for c£300 due to imaginary money being added more than once to a PCN that you now know started at a 'discounted' £60 (which is already high in the current climate and related to your own home where  the lease stated you could park in the space without any obligation to show a permit).

Everyone bothered by a £100 private PCN and imaginary 'fees' and then a stupidly enhanced court claim, is encouraged to send the DLUHC an email attaching pictures of the letters and £170 ludicrous threats.

We are so close to banning the add-ons.

PLEASE HELP US GET THIS OVER THE LINE.

    Evidence is key!
