anthonytansley2002 said:I researched and looked at all the newbie threads as much as I could,if you can recall this is how I found you guys,I was told first hand to start my own thread and not comment on others
Im 36yrs old, have my own little business, miles off a millionaire, miles off poor, just looking for help with an outrageous fine, remember that first comment I made in the other thread? That gentleman blew my head off,I should of left then and read through my pack and sent off my AOS slip there and then,I’ve ended up following a link and sent a subject access file from the Newbie,id not made all it up.
so it’s not so simple guys, why don’t you tell people to send the AOS slip back immediately from the pack? Why is it links to Thousands of forums, somebody like me is easily lost there
like I said I appreciate you trying to help, but coming here as just added into my fine, they didn’t have a picture of the vehicle In question, how I lost this I’ll never no,I just no first hand I’ve been hugely stung and the stats of 96% win are far from true
Stop trying to blame everyone else.
You screwed up - no-one else's fault.
It's not about 'sending the AOS slip back'.
You couldn't even follow this one simple instruction:To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread. As I said, there is only one Dropbox file there - no possibility of ambiguity.

I am genuinely sorry this happened to you, but it is a first.
Never seen someone only do a SAR instead of going online to the court and acknowledge the claim.
Even if you didn't understand what we were telling you to do on MCOL, you could instead have returned the little slip to acknowledge the claim. The paperwork you had in front of you, makes it clear that you had to do that (or defend) within 14 days.
The claim form had a PASSWORD (low on the right, above the boxes with the inflated sum of money stated) and that was provided for you to acknowledge the claim...it was all there for you to follow if you found the NEWBIES thread hard.
There is ONE NEWBIES thread, not several. Just one thread to read one post of.
The reason we DON'T advise sending off any of the court paperwork in the post, is because people would start filling out the stupid financial/income questions, or even worse, they'd write something in the box for their defence, like 'defence to follow' that would then be taken to be their defence.
That has happened, years ago! So using MCOL as we show people, in step by step pictures, protects people from filling in the wrong papers and blowing their toes off at the start.I genuinely dread to think how much money Martin Lewis has actually cost people trying to fight these guys in court, having spoken to a number of advisors at the court they are far from on our sideI go to court (in person) and no person at any court in my area has ever said that these firms are likely to win. In fact they grin at me and ParkingMad when we used to rock up in person, and on this forum we still see 99% wins (or discontinuances) reported here.
Which 'advisors' at court are these that you have spoken to and why did you, and when?
Your posts are getting a bit odd.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As above
OP, you screwed up. There isnt any thousands of forums to go through, you were given a single link to a single file to look through. There was no ambiguity, and hundreds of people have managed to follow these simple instructions over the years.
Take some ownership of your screwup. We did the best we could. You messed up, not us.3
