It’s my own fault for trying to be clever and come on here and try and take these on,I’m just a normal guy struggling at work with the pandemic I just thought £318 from many years ago was unfair, the reality is we have no chance against these0

Should of just sent the AOS slip back from the paperwork that was first sent out to me Think that would of been much easier, cant help but feel like the stats are miles off, most people don’t win these cases the normal middle class human being doesn’t stand a chance against these bullies
sad times they show no mercy0 -
What you have to do now Anthony is make sure you pay the Claimant the amount specified in full on that Judgment in the timescale allowed.
Failure to do that will mean that you will have difficulties getting credit - think mortgage, car purchase or even a phone contract - for the next six years.
Make sure you pay the money to the address in the box labelled Address for sending documents and payments (if different) on your Claim Form, i.e to DCB Legal Ltd.
You must get a receipt and pass that receipt to the County Court Business Centre before the date mentioned on the Judgment Notice.2 -

Go back over the thread
The one thing you still have in your favour is the DCBL fakery. The courts know about the fakery from DCBL and most judges will deduct the fakery if not dismiss the whole case
If you paid now, it would probably be more than if you lost in court. That for you is the worst scenario ... if you lost ... pay less in court
But there is no reason why you will not win and claim your costs..
There is no doubt that DCBL are copycat legals trading off another legal who are becoming failures.
DCBL are not the smartest cookie, a nearly 6 year old ticket is just a desperate attempt from a copycat legal acting for an even more desperate parking company who may well go bankrupt due to covid, The judges are not silly (well some are) but most understand the scam.
If you pay now, you will support a scam that will use your money to scam very vunerable people like the old folk .... DCBL are certainly not the bees knees .... just look at this
