What is a “judgement for claimant” letter?anthonytansley2002 said:...today I have received a “judgement for claimant” letter...
Who sent it? What does it say?
Can you perhaps show us a picture?
Could it be that someone has used all your personal information that you published in your opening post? Who knows.
You told us in your opening post:I no my name is in my profile which is a no go but it won’t let me change...and I told you how to overcome that problem in my post on 7 January at 1:18AM.
You have chosen to ignore that. Why is that?
How is your Defence preparation coming along?
Feel free to share your draft for critique when you are ready.

That’s absolutely shocking
I immediately sent the AOS as instructed and outlined my defence from the templates,i was awaiting to see the evidence come back from the AOS how can I make a defence up for something I No little about1 -
Yes I did and I have the received email, then as I was aware I’d get the information back of what I’m accused of back in 2015 with a picture etc then I’d get till early Feb to send my claim0
-
I've edited my reply because something has gone badly wrong and you must phone the CCBC and find out what on earth happened, given you did the AOS in time and still have time to defend!
You didn't do the AOS in the wrong name did you (i.e. it had to be done by the named defendant on the claim form, not a family member)?
You didn't send the AOS to the parking firm or solicitor by mistake, and not the CCBC on MCOL?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Yes I filed well in-time as didn’t want to delay as advised,as I was aware id send the AOS then receive Back what I’m being accused of,then I can file my defence ASAP or before early Feb which I thought was my deadline0
-
Can you please show us your MCOL Claim History?
Just copy and paste it in it's entirety in your next reply here.3 -
As above. Screenshot it. Show us the letter you got as well. Obviously hide your details, and maybe get that picture down from the first page, as you were told to do 2 weeks ago now3

Yes, as the guidance I gave you on 7 January at 1:18AM, where I wrote...To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread. There is only one Dropbox file in that NEWBIES post.

So it looks like you have totally ignored absolutely everything that anyone has suggested.
How frustrating.
