  • Great finds...

Now everyone is going to think we copied from Boots and not them copying from us:rotfl:
  • Here is what Boots say about "their cupcake"

You can have your cake - and wash with it when you unroll the cupcake to discover a flannel and scented bath pearl. Washing has never been so tempting.

These fruity buttons are really cute.

The cello bags came as well, the one with flowers and butterflies on but they are tiny... cupcake doesn't fit, even just the flannel on its own won't go in.
I will use them for something else, they are very lovely..

    WOW! How cute are they?
My strawberries have arrived too - just waiting on the stickers.
I shall try and post a pic in a sec.
Well done! Weren't they worth the wait?

My little girl has nabbed a load of my pots for her 'ice cream shop'!:D

I didn't expect to get anything done today - and so far I haven't been disappointed.

Yeah made the banner first.. then printed it out. Not sure if that's allowed when you start talking copyright and such...
I just wanted a bunch of different picutes to show in my ad.
  • Hi All

This thread is amazing - I would never have even have thought of doing this so thanks everyone.

Here is my effort. I'm sticking to strawberry muffins.
(Sorry I can't work out how to shrink this picture, so the focus is out).

That looks so sweet... a very simple but very effective design.

Ive been thinking yet again....:j and....

Someone posted a pic of an icecream cone in a acetate box and was wondering if it would be possible to make it... well I think so.. using a triple layer of brown paper(for thickness) mark on this some cone detail using a brown crayon or pen then roll into a cone shape (template on internet search) will try to find and post later.
Pop a brown (or any colour) flannel into this (rounded rather than rolled) into the top and then cover in cello and tie with ribbon string.

For a variation on this make a cone cup (like an icecream cone but with a flat bottom) this will stand up to be displayed. (the cone will need to be layed down, unless you make a box for it to sit in.

Use mint green flannel and decorate with brown beads/embellishments for mint choc chip.
    Pink for yummy strawberry
    Red for Rasberry
Red and white rolled but pushed u in the middle for rasberry ripple.
    Cream for vanilla... etc

Also to add a little twist to this, take a flake and cut in half, wrap this tightly in cello(to keep it edible) then add to the cone on an angle for a lovely 99 effect.

I will borrow sisters camera so I can post all the pics of what I have made, just keep forgetting to ask.
