Sharono - I just folded the flannel corner to corner and then rolled it down over the soap and bought the two ends in and then adjusted it to neaten.
I havent been able to do the multi coloured cupcakes as mine are still coming out too big to fit in case even though I am rolling tightly.
If anyone has any ideas on how to do a cat out of flannels or a towel I would be interested. lol Thank you for such a wonderful thread.0 -

Hi Dora,
Rainmac said she was having the same problem with the double cupcakes. I didn't have any problems with any of the 3 I made. it was harder with my pink & white and also blue & white cause they were not square flannels. If you make them slightly wider when folding then they should roll properly.
If anyone wants me to take some pics to show what I mean let me know.

hi Rusty
if it is no problem I would love some pics of how to do two coloured flannel cakes. I have tried but no way would they fit in the cases:rotfl: I used flannels I already had at home so maybe they were too thick - will buy some thinner ones and try again:Dsaving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
