Morrisons flannels are 99p for 2 and Asda sells theirs for 45p each (I think). Happy cake making! :D

was going to go to Asda today but ds1 is off school so have given OH instructions to go at lunchtime instead:rotfl:

Make sure you post some pics!!! I'm currently making up a tea time hamper/ basket for my friend's birthday. I've bought a tea for one set where the teapot sits on top of a cup (£4.99 from Lakeland, bargain!!!), made a cross stitched coaster with a cat peeking out of a mug, teabag holder thing, teabags, candles, flannel cupcake of course, going to buy some biscuits to go with it. I've found this on ebay and shouldn't really buy it as I've finished my pressie spending but I think it's fab so may have too!!! I do need to get a basket to put it all in anyway... What do you think? :D

that holder is fab - it is pretty, will be useful and is different . It would make a nice change from a basket and as you say you have to get something to put it in. I think your hamper sounds great - your friend will love it:D

here is my flannel cake. I put it in a box with spa shower gel, body scrub and a candle. It is for my friend to say thank you for looking after ds1 whilst he was off school. he made a quick recovery yesterday evening but school won't let him go back till tomorrow afternoon. I have only worked 4 hours in 2 days but it still a hassle whe they are ill. Anyway, I hope she likes it:D

that set is lovely it looks so nice in blue, really
different, its nice to see peoples efforts on here
it really encourages others to have a go as well.

is there any chance you could enlarge your pics
so I can put them on the front page with the rest.

Your friend is going top love this

I was in Au Naturale at the weekend
their shops are closing down and everything
seemed to be half price or less.I did notice
they had Prices candle range half price,
    some of them smelt lovely.

of course I can enlarge them if someone can tell me how:rotfl: when I copied them from photobucket they were huge then following your instructions I managed to get them smaller. How do I get them the right size:rotfl: (I am SO untechnical:rotfl: )
thanks for everyone's kind comments. My friend loved it - especially as it matches her bathroom:rotfl:
