I think they are really pretty and the colours they have used are nice.
I`m wanting to make some similar so really need the boxes, might ask them in craft central if they can make boxes or at least give me a demo! I want to add a professional look to mine as I`m planning on selling them at fairs etc0 -
I am sat here knowing I sent a
large book on Cartonage to the
charity shop.It had all the
instructions and patterns on how
to make boxes and cartons of every
shape and kind.Wish I had not been so
hasty now.ever felt like kicking yourself ?

Saw this site on web, also sell end caps... http://www.boxes-bags.com/acatalog/Clear-Round-Tubing.html
I guess you can buy long tubes and cut them down? I'm going to have a measure of a cupcake later on and price it up, just out of interest.
Could you make your own tubes using acetate sheets folded round and stuck with glue/double sided tape and buy the end caps? If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Just seen these big cakes in boxes on www.dotcomgiftshop.com ...

They use a hand towel and flannel and 3 soaps - £16!!! I love this, would make a fab wedding or christening pressie. Will try and keep this in my head for my nan for Xmas, never know what to get her

Someone on eBay is selling these. I think they'd work quite well for the cupcake/section of a log.

Yeah I agree here, they do look good but £16 plus p&p
I`m sure us MSErs could make some up at minimum cost.0 -

Yep, I wasn't thinking of buying one, just nicking/using the idea and try to make one. If my nan knew I'd spent £16 on a hand towel and flannel she'd go mad at me!!! If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Rosekitten, they are sooooo cute!! I still love the cupcakes so much, I need to go onto ebay again and see if they have more cute cakecases. The ones I have given away have gone down so well. I just wrapped them in nice cellophane but would like a box, would look so much more professional especially if you want to sell them. I have so many flannels now, I would like to sell them too at the school summer fayre0
