Food on budget, diet is a car crash! It is just utterly exhausting home schooling and teaching on line.
On the plus side a promotion at work has been announced. I will be applying an interview should be Friday. Fingers crossed as this could lead to good things!

I was doing okay with diet until this week, this week has been the worst of the year so far.  Keep going, next week will be better especially if there is a promotion to apply for!

Thanks @caeler well done on the diet! I think I have been even worse this week. Stress eating for sure! I'm on tenter hooks waiting to hear if I have an interview... Fingers crossed!

So I have an interview tomorrow! They have been overwhelmed with applicants so I won't hold my breath but it is all good experience.
Money wise everything so within budget. Had to buy some books for music lessons but nothing too extravagant and should be on track to make my £800 overpayment at the end of the month.

Did a 5k cycle with the kids, no spend day and didn't eat quite so badly. Winning!
