Better week so far. Batch cooked my supper, so no crazy eating binges when I've got home!
Almost decided on a bed for the spare room and I got paid today. Hurrah!1 -
All coming together then. I got a new mattress in December - took me a few days to get used to it but now I love it.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality

Two more week to half term thank goodness. Lost 3 pounds this week. 4 more and I'm down into the next stone bracket, so that is my aim for next week.1 -

Two loads of washing done and finally cleaned the inside of my car out..it was gross! Time well spent as I will feel much brighter driving a clean car to work tomorrow.
3 piles of books to mark tonight, so will probably do that whilst watching call the midwife.
Looking forward to seeing the next mortgage payment go out in a couple of days!2 -

Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!2 -
It really does work though. We really can find joy in such things - knowing that element of the bill has gone for good.South_coast said:Only a MFW would understand the joy in paying a bill 🤣!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality

Yup love paying a bill! Good news today is that I was accepted for the Masters course and will start in September. I've given the forms to the bursar at work and we will see how much school will contribute. Fingers crossed!2

Half term here and storm Eunice has come to play. Had planned to visit old school friend but won't risk it with the storms. Spinning class also cancelled this morning, boo!
Financially half term has been spendy with car service, not coming to £550!!! Hate cars, if I lived in a city I definitely wouldn't have one!
Late mortgage update-
Mortgage at start of year - £289,999
Current total - £285, 270.12
Total reduction - £4,728.88
