Small wins.. claimed my tax relief this morning due to having to work from home because of covid 19. Was very easy as it was a very short form as I don't usually fill in a tax return. Not sure if that means I get £64 or £125 tax relief for the year but either way I'll take it!  And all before 8am.😉
    Aiming for another NSD today.
    Have a good day everyone.

That will depend on whether you are paying tax at 20% or 40%

    Yes thank you, worth having!
  • Ugggh totally exhausted. Up until 2am making resources and then live teaching / homeschooling the rest of the time.
On the plus side another NSD..I see a lot of these in my future!
Hope everyone is safe and well x
  • Low spend day yesterday just £3.85 sending a late Christmas present and managed to avoid buying chocolate in the local shop too - win!
Need to order the new sanitary ware for the bathroom this week so one of the days will be very spendy. However, it is all saved for and budgeted
Another day at home! Stay safe everyone.

Ugggh just burst into tears!! It is so overwhelming trying to teach online, homeschool, plan, mark, clean and cook.
Having the children home all day everyday just makes the mess insane. Trying to train them to tidy away more after themselves but it is tough going.

Going to go for a walk and clear my head, fresh air is always the answer!
  • Dear Orangetoes, I hope you are feeling better; I am feeling the same (trying to do my full-time job, cooking, cleaning and homeschooling DD and DS is just too much).
I hope that the walk helped.

@Cornish_mum glad I'm not the only one! The walk did help and my DH took the kids for their own walk so I had a bit of peace!!
  • Another day another dollar. NSD yesterday and should be today so that makes..5 days this week.
Shopping arriving today so using up the fridge contents. Definitely something I'm better at after lockdown one.
Going to have cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and carrots for lunch. Cut up the leftover peppers and some extra carrots too and out them into Tupperware for the kids to have as snacks.
Hope everyone has a good day x
