Morning I am not impressed SL with the EA at all and every time I ring I always get the feeling she is rolling her eyes I rang yesterday afternoon after been told they had been promised to hear something by Wednesday at the latest she said well I did get back on to them Wednesday and they have told me they hope to let me know Friday morning so I asked her to let me know asked if she would ring me and she said yes I just feel as if I’m getting messed about the person who is buying mine is having problems getting a mortgage approval but apparently that is sorted now and she is just waiting for the paperwork to be sent over she said bear in mind he works away and isn’t always in contact with us I said do you contact him and she said yes anyway I have been out with the dog and we get our second jabs at 11 .15 this morning when I get back if they haven’t rang I will be saying some things they won’t like it’s now been 8 weeks and not a word0

When we sold our last house our agent spoke to the buyer's solicitor every week and updated me like it was a religious ritual. He also spoke to the agent through whome we were buying to tell them and save me doing it - they were really good. Morning second jabs done yesterday just need the weather to pick up now had a call I knew I was going to get yesterday after 8weeks of nothing our buyer has pulled out apparently hasn’t got any money to buy anything that’s another story so here we go again what is it they say the more people I know the more I like animals something like that I was absolutely gutted but deep down I knew it was going to happen the house we were supposed to be buying he has said he knows the situation and is happy to hang on but for how long for never mind it wasn’t meant to be I am not going to make myself miserable about it been out with the dog freezing and damp meant to pour down all day I am going to clean the house from top to bottom and not much else have a good day everyone whatever you are doing2

Oh I am so sorry the buyer has messed you around, I totally agree I much prefer animals! I have sold my house but nothing is signed so am in that awful bit where nothing is certain, not sure how much to start packing. I hope another buyer turns up soon for you, sending you positive thoughts and hugs x2
