Enjoy your bbq tomorrow.....hope it’s a bit warmer than it’s been here today. It’s been dry but very cold in the shade.

There are a number of people I know counting down the days to meeting people at work again. Hopefully it won’t be too long. Will you be doing a dual site approach...some working from home or will it all be back in your place of work when you go back ?

No I work in a dry cleaners but most of our work is from hotels and bed and breakfast so I will be in at work might look back and wonder what the hell I was talking about when I have stood and pressed laundry for 8 hours 😂

How disappointing not hearing anything about the house. Fingers crossed today’s the day.
It’s absolutely bitter out there so do wrap up before you take the dog out.

Your agent isn't doing much to help if you have to keep ringing them! Part of what you pay them for is regular updates and they should be tracking your sale and nudging it along, giving you regular updates and professional advice (eg, we are getting radio silence from the buyer and recommend a time deadline or put it back on the market). I don't know what they think their fee is for but perhaps go back and look at what your contract with them says (especially if you have to keep it with them for a set period under an exclusivity clause) and then write to them pointing out you are not receiving the contracted service - and that lot is before we look at your absent buyer
