What a couple of days I’ve had just had a call this afternoon all paperwork is with the solicitors both properties taken off the market sold signs up we are rocking and rolling for a move in about 4 weeks I’ve got loads to do but still furloughed so I’ve got the time to do it I had  a regular saver finish on Saturday with the Halifax so I thought brilliant just in time for the move tried to move the money out yesterday and put in my main account I will need curtains paint etc for new house ended up speaking to 4 fraud investigator took over 3 hours to sort out one of them was really aggressive I know they have to be careful and it is to my benefit but I was absolutely shaking by the time they had finished with me never again it was a nightmare going to have another look at the house I am buying tomorrow we have only seen it once for ten minutes going to do some measurements but it’s clean and in good liveable condition I know we will probably get some surprises when we move in but at least we can take our time getting it sorted I can’t wait I know I am the world’s worst sleeper but im worse than ever lately I couldn’t keep my eyes open last night I was shattered only had a hours sleep the night before I went to bed at 9 laid awake until 5 this morning and gave in and got up hopefully will get some sleep tonight

Wow moving in 4 weeks 🥳 I always have the Regular Savers with the Halifax and never had to speak to fraud investigators before 😱 My current one is due to mature next month. Hope you get a better night’s sleep tonight.

we are moving in to the centre but it is a quiet town and where we are is just off the centre we are overlooking the cricket field from the back can’t wait we are at the very top of the town but a estate previously a council house I will miss it as we have fantastic views on to woodland and you can see for miles out of the back we have a huge garden and we have done a lot of work on it over the years and all our side off the street has bought I have had the same good neighbours for years unfortunately the opposite side is the neighbours from hell and it’s getting worse I feel sorry for all the people that’s left but I couldn’t live here anymore I think we have made the right decision I’m maybe just getting old my son said I was yesterday as the lovely young couple that bought it look all of twelve bless them
