They was still trying to get out when contact occurred 😂😂😂 love it
Your driving puts other people’s safety at risk yet you find it amusing.  That speaks volumes.  🤷‍♂️
Taking any right hand turn without right hand mirror is no different you have somehow decided without seeing the conditions the road or the actions of the other driver that I am endangering life somehow 🤔

Did you miss the part that reads
from where the giant tin can pulled out i could see in-between the cars again your not realising how close I was when they decided to pull out
They could just as easily have killed someone or thing driving without functioning mirrors

You are completely missing the point that if you were driving at a more sensible speed for the road conditions, you may have stopped or at least caused less damage to both cars.  For a child that could have been the difference between life and death.  Your poor driving made the situation worse than it needed to be.  But you appear to be too self centered to see the facts.

As I was slamming on my brakes they were still attempting to exit the space hence I hit the door and didn't just clip the front o/s corner
And if you were moving at a speed that made sense for a road that had parked vehicles on both sides which resulted in your having to drive up the centre of that road, maybe you wouldn't have needed to slam on your brakes.
You've stated that there was wasn't room for you to stop or swerve out of the way so do you still maintain that 30mph was a safe speed?

To save everyone time, why not state what you want people to write as it's obvious that you are only interested in opinions that state that you were categorically not at fault in any way whatsoever.

If a small child runs out in front of you on a clear road at 30mph you aint stopping so why would it be any different for a a road with parked cars. Anyone mentioned nuns carrying  basket full of kittens yet?
💯 ill have a dashcam next time and if the child runs out while I'm doing 30 and runs out at around 3m in front of my car .... afraid to say it will have been the parents fault
But for the purposes of the direction this thread has taken im sure everyone trying to slaughter me will claim they could have stopped lol probably all go about their driving at 4mph in a 30

We are all going by how you have described the situation and if you drive regularly like that in the conditions you describe then you ARE putting lives at risk.  It’s just a shame you can’t see it.

Yes the other driver is also reckless but two wrongs and all that...

At the point in the road where the vehicle pulled out i could clearly see in-between the cars you lot clearly aren't understanding how little space I had when the vehicle decided they was going to jump out without signalling or mirror checks
As I was slamming on my brakes they were still attempting to exit the space hence I hit the door and didn't just clip the front o/s corner
If it were a dog I wouldn't even bother braking thing shouldn't have been loose running up the road
If you could clearly see in between the cars why didn't you see the car between the two cars you hit?

A child can run out on ANY ROAD end of the day the road was completely dry clear and lit had my headlights on and done all my checks but yes according to everyone here I should never drive more than 10mph just in case 🙃

Sadly cos of how insurance works this might go 50/50 but yes, the third party is to blame. Dashcams are probbably the answer in hindsight.
