That's really weird bubbs.  There's got to be something happening with your body for you to have stopped losing weight.  Have you spoken to your consultant about it?  It's not as if you go overboard with syns, apart from picky tea on Saturday night!

Maybe you need to relax completely and eat loads of stuff which you wouldn't normally for the whole week and then get back on plan to give your body a bit of a shock!  Not really as that might have the opposite effect!  No new ideas here.  Have you had a look at the Features on the website?  There might be some ideas there to try.

I was thinking this as tbh it is getting me down thinking what i am going to eat when i am not losing any weight! If i could lose a few lbs even i would be happy.
No i have not spoke to her as not seen her yet , will wait till i get weighed see what the damage is then speak to her as i honestly only eat what i put on here, today eggs wraps with bacon and mushrooms in cherry toms on the side so far.

Is def is not drinking as i drink ltrs a day! like 4-5 but i have always been a big drinker even before SW.

I do look at the website but nothing jumping out at me and i may as well eat beans as like milan they are tasty and filling!

I couldn't calorie count 1) too much effort and don't have time for that marlarky and 2) can't eat much and will be for ever hungry which leads to 3 ) BIG FAIL!

I definitely wouldn't stick to it if I was calorie counting!  Like you I think it's too much effort and time consuming, although time I have a reasonable amount of so can't really blame it on that.  I also think I'd be hungry although have never actually worked out how much I'd actually be able to eat.

I think you might just as well eat beans again if it hasn't made any difference as you they are filling although I can take them or leave them!  We only have them regularly because DH really likes them, particularly with a fry up or on a jacket.

When are you actually going back into group?  Is it soon?  You know the consultant is likely to say "do a food diary" and she probably won't like the use of a "syn bank" that so many of us on here do so she'll probably blame it on picky tea and suggest you try 15 or less syns a day followed by the SAS log.

Group is a week on Saturday, well it actually starts this Saturday and was planning on this Saturday untill DH reminded me we have hair appointments, so i messaged her and she said the next week is fine as from then we can stay as well.
I do write everything down anyway.
Yes she might say that about the syns, but tbh i don't want them every day, even if i didn't have picky tea , what's SAS log?

I think SAS log is a bit like a very detailed food diary bubbs. It's something to do with sabotage. You're supposed to write down every thing that passes your lips and when. The idea is to track when you might eat some syns that aren't on your menu or perhaps have extra HEA by not measuring. I've never done one but I know that if I ever eat something extra it's always SW friendly like a slice of meat or a cold potato from the fridge. I don't measure my milk but that problem has been resolved more or less by the second HEA. Even when I make, say, garlic mushrooms I don't use a full HEA. That would be a whole tube of Primula for 2 of us. I use half that and about 10g of Parmesan.

It's a mystery to me why you aren't losing. I wonder if it's worth spreading out picky tea as an experiment? Perhaps having just pizza on the Saturday and the spring rolls another day so it's more like daily syns. Although denise tried daily syns and it didn't really seem to help. 🤔

I planned to do pork today but took lamb shanks out of the freezer by mistake. They were defrosted before I noticed so a change of plan.

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit squash (F), bacon, fried eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- JP (F), Bolognese (P, S), beetroot (S)
D- lamb shank (P), SW roast potatoes and parsnips (F), many vegetables (S)
    Syns - weekend wine 🍷😁

    Thanks Maman,
I VERY rarely have anything that is not breakfast , lunch or tea, i am not a snacker, i have to be starving hungry to eat anything that is not part of a meal .
I measured my milk before i made mine and dh's drinks out of it and still had over half left out of 1 hexa, it's only if i like you make garlic mushrooms/lasagne that i use 2
Today i have had egg wraps ,4 eggs, dried parsley, bacon and muchrooms , cherry toms
Just had tea, roast pork, no fat, mashed swede, carrots, green beans, broc and cauli, 1 yorkie 1 syn, gravy 2 syns
I have made strawberry tarts, its not even hexb, it's about 1/3 as i made one lot and they stuck 🙄 so made another lot and there was as much again left, sugar free jelly was only about 1/4 of one, so say 1 syn, strawberries, gelatine, 1/2 tbsp sweetener, tbsp ff greek yoghurt. and i will make some ice cream to go with them, 1 syn so today is high and 5 syns

Morning all, it's lovely at bright at the moment with a bit of wind so washing done and hung on the line.  It's forecast to rain in a couple of hours but hopefully the washing will be all but dry by then and I can just finish off in the dryer.  Only planning on doing one more machine load of washing before we go away and that'll be Wednesday to do the bedding so that won't need changing as soon as we get home!  I'll have enough washing to do including a couple of loads of bedding!

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
    L - cheese and ham salad - HEA2; P; S; F
    D - vegetable biryani - S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - none planned

    Have a good day everyone.

    Hi everyone,
I did a 15k walk with my DSis on Saturday around Kent villages with fully loaded backpack. Was so high up at one point I could see the IoS - I did wave but denise didn't wave back lol. I had eggs, beans and wm toast at home beforehand and we stopped at a pub halfway where I chose a tuna and cucumber wrap. We also shared some of a bowl of chips which although lovely, they were repeating on me the whole of the second half of the walk. I just can't tolerate fried food anymore - when will I learn?! Didn't have any dinner as was still too full up.
Had a Tom Kerridge recipe last night of chicken in tomato and mascarpone sauce. Served with new pots and green beans, very nice.
Did a 5k run this morning in 31:06 - think the rest of the week will be wet, so wanted to make the most of the dry weather. Just been for 2nd jab and hoping for a quieter day at work in case I feel ropey later.
    Food today:
    B - shreddies, skimmed milk - HEXB/HEXA1
L - spinach, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes
D - pasta, salad leaves, tomatoes, pickles,
Snacks - apple, grapes, benefit bar - 3
    Syns planned - 3
    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy

    Morning all,

Clearly have been good taking the iron tablets last week as I was raring to go on Saturday so myself and super pooch did nearly 8 miles. I got a personal best for walking by myself to 6 miles. I’m not kidding I was nearly running, we will call it shuffling at one point to get to the rose gardens by a certain time. Yesterday morning I did a 3 mile walk with a friend round where I live then had a little road trip with a friend for lunch and another walk of about 3 miles again. Hamstring issues today! I think it wasn’t the distance but the speed I was pushing myself to do on Saturday. Lesson learnt! So having a quiet day exercise wise – the dog can have a gentle walk tonight and I have a new squeaky ball to entertain him in the house.

Haven’t eaten badly this weekend but we had a carvery yesterday as a late lunch and it was delicious! No dinner last night as I was still full!

     B – granola ss milk

L – chicken and sweetcorn soup and something else not sure yet

D – LO mash green beans asparagus LF butchers sausages and red onion gravy

Tonight I will also be making PON vegetable loaf so it ready for later in the week. Will let you know how it goes

@bubbs I calorie count and follow slimming world. I go off what the NHS recommend of 1400 calories. I do go over occasionally at the weekend but I’m good during the week. An egg is approx. 75 calories so when you had four eggs it does mount up – I know you aren’t looking to calorie count but it interesting to see where the calories can creep in.

Sorry I didn't wave back Coxy but I didn't see you because I wasn't actually at home!  I was at my DD1s 🤣.

klew is the PON vegetable loaf in one of the books as can't see it online?  I've got the first one and I know it's not in that one.  Would be interested in the recipe if it's any good please.  We love a meatloaf and I sometimes make mini ones which we have hot for dinner and then cold with salad the following day so hopefully it would just be a veggie version of a meatloaf and could be used the same way.
