That sounds lovely beanie and pretty SW friendly too.  Not had a kid Royale for ages!  May well have one when I next meet up with my friend as will be taking a bottle of fizz to her house, will also put on the cassis!

Sounds like a lovely menu beanie. Where did you go? Out of interest, was it more expensive than before lockdown? One of the places we ate this week was about 25% more expensive than previously. ☹️

Morning all, weather looking much nicer today although rain forecast later.  Will get out for a walk later this morning.

Will also get the van sorted out as far as possible ready for our holiday.  Clothes are mainly sorted so just need to be put away in the van.  Still need a couple of things which are in the wash bin so will get that done tomorrow then todays clothes can be chucked in as well but will need to check the forecast!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with bacon - P; S; F
    L - Welsh rarebit - HEA2; HEB; P; F
D -parma ham wrapped garlic butter stuffed pork fillet; new potatoes; green beans & peas; apple sauce - P; S; F; 4.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - parma ham 0.5; butter 3.5; apple sauce 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Unfortunately not away until Thursday but with getting the clothes into the van at least I won't be wearing anything I want to take away, well not so much me but DH as he tends to wear the same stuff regularly so it's better in the van and not indoors!

How's it going without having beans as often as you were?  Is it helping do you think?

Interesting about the beans....I actually eat a lot of beans as I think they’re tasty and filling. I’d been watching to see if they’d made much difference to your weightloss.
Beanie it looks lovely at the restaurant. Pleased you had a lovely time.
Yesterday was over syns by 15 syns but I can pull them back over the week 👍 the cheesecake I ate was worth it
brunch.....heb toast, beans and hea cheese

That's really weird bubbs.  There's got to be something happening with your body for you to have stopped losing weight.  Have you spoken to your consultant about it?  It's not as if you go overboard with syns, apart from picky tea on Saturday night!

Maybe you need to relax completely and eat loads of stuff which you wouldn't normally for the whole week and then get back on plan to give your body a bit of a shock!  Not really as that might have the opposite effect!  No new ideas here.  Have you had a look at the Features on the website?  There might be some ideas there to try.
