That's a good sign, not starting late when you get back from an evening out @leftatthetrafficlights. Keep it up! 👍 I was pleased when I achieved that and now I just make straight for the kettle. Another bonus was having a single glass with lunch out last week and not carrying on in the evening. It all helps with cutting down, even if it doesn't show up on the scores. 😊
