Have just got weighed , n have lost 15lbs since 1st June .I'm on keto, n it seems to be suiting Me.Still.a long way to go though 😅 
Am just waiting for my shopping to be delivered,  then going to the chemist,  n then getting ready for the footy tonight 😜

My Champagne moments yesterday were all to do with going to visit my older daughter, her husband, my grandson, his partner and my great grandson. It was really good to see all of them and chat and relax with them all.   

He is just over 4.5 months old and has changed so much. He is so comfortable with me. He fell asleep on my shoulder, but when he woke up, I was singing to him, talking to him and playing with him and he kept on smiling, babbling and laughing. He just gets cuter all the time.

Thank you CG and LL for your lovely comments about my Great grandson 

My Champagne moment today was going to the final day of the Creative Writing course I was participating in. The whole group got the opportunity to see our finished work on a big screen. It was emotional and just an all round great experience, hearing each of us performing our own writing with suitable images and pieces of music in the background which complimented our unique words. We also had some packets of crisps and flavoured sparkling water to eat and drink. It was a real celebration of all of our efforts.

Hello my lovely friends.  

Well Im not liking the new layout.  Some days I can’t even get to read posts let alone post myself. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.  

Life is a bit mixed for me at the moment - some good days. Some not quite so good.  Hey ho. I’ll just keep going until it all comes right.

Nil desperandum and all that.  

My champagne moments.??  Have managed to see some friends this week.

i too hate the new format. I like the old format, you could just look at new posts if you wanted. My champagne moment was afternoon tea with a friend. It was a groupon deal. I am doing it again nex Sunday with my youngest daughter. Sadly, it will be 2 years since I lost my Husband next Saturday. It never gets easier thought.
