My champagne moment today was standing in my greenhouse in the morning, planting up some seeds and listening to the church bells ringing.Debt free and Keeping on Track8

Champagne moment today. I made a carrot cake but ran out of icing sugar. It was so lovely and sunny that I put my red edge to edge jacket on to run down to the village farm shop (I say "run", of course I walked!!!). The girl in there commented on how nice I looked - it made my day.Debt free and Keeping on Track8

My Champagne moments over the last 3 days:
On Monday I went to the Kiln Theatre to watch the play Black Love with the group from Neighbourhood Voices. It was a musical drama and I really enjoyed it.In fact it is kind of what I had in mind for my own play when I finally write it. We all had free tickets and I had a look online and I was surprised to see that my particular seat would have set me back £26.
Yesterday I had my 2nd writing masterclass for Neighbourhood Voices with Somalia Seaton. It was a 2 hour zoom meeting with the group in the evening. This time we shared stories from our personal lives in groups of 2 in break out rooms then the other person had to tell our stories to the whole group. We also had some homework which we all in turn shared with the group.
Today I went to the Horniman Museum with a group from Blackfriars Settlement. I enjoyed going and seeing the exhibits in the free galleries. I took my lovely photographs of various exhibits. They also have a butterfly house and an aquarium, but our group gave them a miss as you have to pay to visit them. It was also great to eat lunch outside with the group in the sunshine.
