I'm going to be weighing in every week in the new quarter and hope to nip things in the bud if they start moving in the wrong direction.
Let's keep on, keeping on.

Hello, All. I hope everyone’s been well and losing weight steadily. I’m sorry I haven’t posted for a while, I got a bit down and low-spirited.
I did keep up with weighing, and ended the quarter just 2lb below where I started in January, after putting the odd pound or two on, and off, and on again. Still, that is 2lb which seems to have got the message and gone away for good.
Hoping to join again for the new quarter, and hopefully in a brighter mood.“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

I've added you to qtr2 Mummytummy
Blue sorry it hasn't been a good start to the year for youI could write a load of platitudes but I don't think you need them. I miss you when we don't hear from you but understand only to well what you mean, hopefully you will be able to chase off the black dog

Blue, now you know that you should have told us just how low you were feeling, then I could have been uber rude and insulting, whereupon you could have either fallen on your sword or given a faint smile and realised that things could be worse. You could know me in RL. xI believe that friends are quiet angels

Brambling, monna, thank you both very much, you are both so very kind. 💐💐 I wish I knew you both in RL, I think we’d make a fantastic team, and have lots of laughs (monna, you may be as rude and insulting as you like, I’ll answer you in the same coin! 🥀 specially for you)
See you both in the next quarter!“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

@Brambling I think we can declare Q1 2021 an epic failure for my weight loss. I actually managed to gain weight but it turns out my thyroid function is down again. The doctor has increased my medication and I'm starting to feel better so I'm not going to beat myself up about this and draw a line under it. April already, where is 2021 going?!
Love the open @monnagran.5 -
Hi,do read but not be posting. Decided got me weighing into helpful especially so going to focus on eating healthy do won't be joining for qtr 2. Hoping deckuttering threads will work with body as well as stuff. Good luck everyone and stay safe x6

Lover_of_Lycra I can sympathise with the under active thyroid weight gain it always seems unfaithful me that the weight doesn't just fall off when the meds are upped - take care
TC77 good luck on the decluttering 🙂Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin6
