Oh well done Frith, that is a fantastic loss
How different do you feel in yourself now?
tryingtoavoiddebt, yes you are right, it is a very tiring pattern of behaviour. Well done on your loss too x
I have noticed that I can get upstairs a lot quicker and all in one go now instead of stop start every few steps. I also ordered 3 new tops 2 sizes smaller than usual and they fit nicely. I long for nice underwear which matches but that is a fair way off yet. My niece is hopefully getting married in December so I would love to wear something pretty for that.

Well done every one else
Dumpling you have done so well I know this has not been a easy quarter for you so you're allowed a blip6 stone off you must be feeling the benefit of that

Nearly the end of the quarter, wow, well done everyone! I'm STS again, not sure why though as I'm sure I'm not eating as much as I used to. I hope everyone who had their jab is feeling better, mine's next week - I'm pleased to get it, but hoping I'm one of the lucky ones who don't react much.

Brunch - fried egg and fried tomatoes (to use them up!)
Tea - will be Spanish chicken5 -

Finally, have managed to report a loss. Scales say 12 stone 9lb today, which means I can report a loss of 2.5 lbs since last weighing and a total loss over the quarter of 1.5lbs
I say total but its been a grim month of desperately trying not to put weight on, putting weight on and struggling to lose it. I'm hoping that now spring is here it will be easier. I'm not exactly sure why, but I don't reach for the carbs (and the biscuit tin) quite so much in the brighter weather.
Still, nice to finish the quarter on a positive note"Think of many things, do one"
