Hi still haven't braved WI. Am feeling ok though, which is usually delusional, but I'm just too busy at work to worry too much. I'm working from home today and just ate too much lunch and then wanted to eat more - but I have retracted to a mint tea - hope that helps. Well done for everybody else to keep it up.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Well done on your STS Dominiquey I've added to the chart
Ditty I think most of us can relate to the ostrich method of dieting 'if i don't get on the scales it's not happening' I know when I've gone complete off the rails I avoid them and push them out of sight, which is why it is usually followed by oh !!!!! and then comfort eating - and around and around we goWith regards to eating too much I remembered the last courgette and carrot cake lurking in the freezer (put there in the hope i would forget about it) and had a large slice after dinner last night and after lunch today. Looking to blame something other than me I'm blaming side effects from my vaccine which made all my joints ache and made me feel sorry for myself
BTW for all my moaning I am glad to have add it a few side effects are better than the virus
