Sandyshores, I could have written that myself. I weighed in today after a few weeks of not being able to control my eating and I’m back to where I started, all the hard work wasted. This winter lockdown has been much harder and I’ve turned to all the wrong foods to get me through.
Today is a new day though! I’ve got my tracking notebook out and I’m going to trawl the freezer and cupboards to see what I can make this week. I’m hoping to try ginger and salmon fish cakes and I’m sure I’ll have a bolognese one night. Soup or salad for lunches and breakfasts will be porridge or fruit.Good luck everyone and well done to everyone on the losses! You’re all inspirational!xx10 -

Hello All
I'm weighing with a little loss of -1lb, however don't let that ink dry as I expect a hefty gain following this weekends birthday celebration for dd, involving much cake and fried food 😬
Possible only saving grace was my walk with ds yesterday, he decided he wanted to walk to our regular shopping centre ( which we usually get the train to) we were only going for the walk and to see if we could manage it as most of the shops are closed. Well we managed to get there and back, round trip of just under 7 miles which is a lots for us!'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. Good evening, Everyone
Very well done, all losers! 👏👏👏,
Keep up the good work, STSers 👍👍👍
Commiserations, gainers, we’ve all been there, keep the faith you can do it.
Very best wishes to all who’ve been ill, hoping you’ll soon feel better.
Izadora well done on keeping up with the C25K programme, that takes some character 😀, well done. I have to admit to being of the monna school of (non-)exercise, and I think I’d need hippo-grade Lycra to make a difference.
Brambling don’t worry about getting your jaws wired, have a toothache instead: I’ve got one, and it’s saved me from buying biscuits, chocolate, doughnuts etc. Also my car has got in on the act and broke a spring, so I’ve had some extra walking. But weighing in this morning I have STS. Ah well, if it’s no better at least it’s no worse!Have a good week, everyone!“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Ah! Blue! I was wondering where you had got to.
Now listen here, That toothache was a gift from Weight Control Gods. They saw you struggling and decided that toothache was the very thing to help you. You should be thanking them really.
I have a good tip for not having to walk when the car is disabled too. Don't go anywhere. Works for me.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Hi monna 👋. No, I’m not complaining about the toothache (or only when the painkillers wear off 🦷). It’s very MSE, too! Sadly if I hadn’t walked to the shops there’d have been no milk for my tea, and if I hadn’t walked back I’d’ve had no tea! And would shortly thereafter freaked out big time😱.It was a chilly morning, so the look was more Michelin Woman than Lycra-clad exercise goddess!
See y’all next week! Stay safe, people!“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Good morning everyone,
I am just popping on to register a 5lb weight loss. I think a lot of that has been water weight this week as my legs have improved a lot and my daughter thinks they look a lot slimmer. Needless to say I am delighted both with the scales and the compliment
My meals today look like this:
b - weetabix
l - eggs and cheesy beans on toast
d - fish, chips and mushy peas
None of that is diet food I know, but I only have a piece of fruit for a snack instead of big bags of crisps and chocolates and that has also made a difference.
Thank you Brambling for this challenge, I know I don't post too often but I am cheering or commiserating everyone every day.10 -
-2 lbs for me, please.
12 stones 4 now.
ETA
Brunch - salad with crab
Tea - broccoli cheese10 -
Hi everyone, I hope you all have a great week. Reporting in for 1.5lb loss this past week please, thanks to after-effects from the gastritis - anything carb-y sits in my stomach like a rock. Being unwell is certainly making weight loss easier!
