Hello all,
Sorry, I forgot to record my weight loss yesterday. It's a 0.5 lbs loss for me this week. Weight loss has slowed down as I'm eating more types of food. Being a slow loser usually, I was a bit worried by the speed that the weight came off at first. Now that I know which food doesn't hurt as much, I need to concentrate on nutrition and maybe a bit more weight loss I think.
Take care all of you9 -

Hi I am having a week where I feel I just look food and then I feel bloated. So even though I have done a fair bit of running and waking I am not sure it has balanced out with eating a bi too much, so have not weighed in. Will do it next week. Today I just wanted to be outside in the sunshine, so did a timed run and a long walk, so about 10 miles all together. Happy with that.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Hi, checking in to report a 3.5 lb loss this month, I try not to weigh myself often and had 0 in jan as kept eating first half. I comfort eater so have been focusing on checking if eating for hunger or if it's being anxious, bored etc, and the last 5 days kept a food diary (on the basis I was going to do for 7 days and not forever) so I could check and go ok this shouldn't be physical hunger. I'm active on the decluttering thread and really want to do clothes (only fit in about 5-7%) but waiting for the loss I set out for and then to be manageable, sorting out some emotional baggage along the way. So while not alot for 2 months is a big step lying behind it.9

I have to report yet another 2 lb gain.
(NHS BMI calculator says 21.7 and to maintain weight but I really want to move it down and hope to at least be back to where I was on 1 January by the end of the quarter.)7 -

Good morning everyone
Brambling, I am over the moon to report an 8lb loss. This is over 2 weeks and includes a hospital stay but I am really excited as it takes me into the next stone down bracket. I feel quite emotional over it really and I want to build on it now. I have been eating quite a lot due to trying to distract myself from pain but I have tried hard to not eat too much rubbish and cut down on my portions.
Tonight I am cooking dirty rice which is a concoction of lean pork mince, rice, peppers and onions and whatever else I can chuck in veg-wise and cajun spices. It is very tasty and low fat and best of all it is all made in the one pan. Lunch will be a spiced butternut squash soup and I fancy porridge for breakfast but I will have to wait for help to make that.
Hope you all have a great day and make good choices, take care xx10
