I started today and have so far had porridge with blueberries and oat milk (I have minimal dairy) and a smidge of peanut butter. I'm going to make Mustgo Soup later so that will clear a bit of space in the fridge of things that are going over - i.e it 'Mustgo'
Not sure on dinner yet, I'll see how I feel.

A day of left overs for me, I have the last of some roast lamb and vegetables so I'll probably make some gravy and have a mini roast for dinner. I cooked a small gammon when the oven was on yesterday so will have that for lunch, I'm trying to avoid bread so it may be with the last of the salad bitsLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin9 -

Good morning everyone
I have my grandchildren here for the day and they want to bake so today could get a bit messy. I have already made a creamy chicken pasta dish for their dinner as I was up very early. I think we will make some bakestones and a cherry and pineapple cake as I am trying to use up various bits and pieces in my cupboards.
anyway, my meals for today are likely to be:
b - a bowl of malt Wheaties, semi skimmed milk and sweetener
l - probably a bakestone or two if I am honest
d - Viking pork, green beans and sliced potatoes
s - fruit

Please can I join. I found the declutter thread has helped me so much with my house (still work in progress), need to lose inches round waist as getting health problems and finally accepted this means lbs/kg loss although not keen on diets so like that healthy eating and recipes seems to be the focus here. Can I be down for 12lbs in first qtr ,a lb a weeks seems reasonable. Been eating all the xmas chocolate !
Bought lots of veg and fruit at the market - sometimes find cooking v time consuming! so keen on healthy quick recipes and trying to eat more pulses etc.7 -
I finally plucked up the courage to get on the scales. I moved to a new country this time last year and I have piled on 2 stone.I feel like a right porker and the excess weight makes cycling uphill more difficult. I'm going to aim for 7kg in the first quarter of 2021 and I am going to cut out the alcohol to help me achieve this. No more wine after a stressful day at work instead I'm going to give yoga a go. Ommmmm7
