I shall weigh myself tomorrow - I need to find and wire up the Wii and Wii fit board so I can do that!
Today I have eaten:
toast x 2 with HM lemon curd
mince pies x 4
fairy cakes x 2
Sausages, roast pots and parsnips, PSB and gravy
by the standards of 2020, that’s not a bad day...6 -

Good morning all,
Just popping on to write my meals down. Yesterday went well although some cheese and crackers fell into my mouth in the evening as I was quite hungry. The soup I made was so tasty, it is definitely going to be a regular lunch.
Right, my meals today are:
b - Weetabix, semi skimmed milk and sweetener
l - chicken and pepper omelette
d - good old bangers and mash with baked beans
s - banana and grapes
Hmm, looking at that it seems a bit light on the fruit and veg so I will probably add some more veg to my main meal. Our freezer died yesterday so we had to get rid of some of the opened veg packs as we only have a small freezer attached to the fridge now and I had recently made a musclefood order for chicken breasts and mince so we prioritised saving that. Fortunately, my husband noticed before everything defrosted and we have a new one being delivered on Thursday. I am so glad it didn't happen last week.
Brambling, I think I was missed off the chart so please can you add me, thank you xx
