Good afternoon all, NSD No 6 for me. The ginger sweet treats were an anniversary present for DH and he liked them, thankfully. He's Mr Frugality and liked even more that I refrained from "buying" him a gift. @jammy_dodger it was a first time event for me making these truffles but they were at the right level of skill. Crushed ginger biscuits, crushed walnuts, bound in sweetened condensed milk and coated with dark chocolate. They are delish, but I have an extremely sweet tooth.
