    not   one  today  but  did   stick  to  my  list    when  i  went   shopping   and  only  spent £20   on  groceries  the  rest  was   pet  food 
    also have  a friends  birthday  at  end  of  month  so  ordered the  gift i had  in  mind  for her   while  i  was  having a   spend  day  so  should  be  good   for  a  few   days  again   x
