Welcome LATK and...
your home did not descend into pitdom (or however you choose to describe it) overnight. It will slowly improve with the Flylady approach. Plus you will become more efficient and you will gradually adopt habits that help.
washing in, ironed and airing.
Posh afternoon tea booked (birthday gift) on the neighbours estate. Ie Chatsworth. And not the Shameless one

Morning xx
Come on in try_harder. Welcome aboard the Flylady wagon 🙂
Fayolle - at the moment the flylady retreat is a BYOB. Bring your own bed 🤣. I need to choose a colour scheme to cover DS's silver and cobalt blue. Any suggestions?
Paid stuff for me today. Pah. I'm up (that was the hardest part), showered, dressed, breakfasted. My lunch is packed. I'll feed the birds and put out the recycling before I set off. I'm covering the whole county, been asked to train someone to help me and been told a manager will be shadowing me. Oh joy!!!! I'm happy to cover the county but the rest is superfluous to my requirements today. Que sera sera and all that.
Hugs to all.

Morning all. Welcome newbies.
I am back to work tomorrow but want to get back to flying today. DH needs ferrying to the doctors this morning and we have an online funeral to attend before lunch. Also DD has dropped off some curtains to shorten.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.10 -
Morning all.
we have snow gently falling and settling. So this might impact on planned SD walk with a friend, although no day has been set. It also might impact on my trip to the sales.
Round if you're going paler then a coat or 2 of cheap white emulsion might save money as it sounds like it will need a few coats.
But right now I'm staying in bed with the curtains drawn watching the snow and counting my blessings.

Morning all, welcome to newbies
Having a slow start today, medication makes me feel v groggy of a morning, plan for me today is to get physio done and then DH and I will pop out to choose (hopefully) the new carpet for our HSL as that area is next on our plan of works, I want to carpet the hallway to make it warmer (it’s currently laminate) DH not sure about this so there’s likely to be some ‘discussion’ needed lol.
round, I would echo the need for white emulsion first if you’re covering a strong colour, we had to do a couple of rooms here when we first moved in, one of which was bright blue and it took two coats of white first before we could put selected colour on x
Ok, my cuppa is empty so time to make a move. Have a good day all x8 -

Good morning!
Welcome to newbies 😁
So much for me looking forward to having the house to myself...DS has had a notification to isolate for 6 days, along with several of his colleagues. DH woke me at 6:30am to tell me that his car won't start so I told him to take mine. I wasn't planning on going anywhere anyway! Luckily I didn't have a problem going back to sleep! I am now having a cuppa & contemplating getting up.
Jobs for today:
Empty DW
WMx1
Empty food bin
I may also have to empty some compost out of Lottie the Hottie as she is almost full. That may involve a trip to the allotment, which I think is still under water in parts. I had better wrap up!! Also on the list is some decluttering (I have my eye on the many, many mugs!) and some admin/accounts.
Have a good day everyone. Hugs to those that need them10
